This place is a total RIP-OFF! We came in thinking we were going to save moneyyy🙄, cause the sign outside says “FREE DRY”…WELP, that’s a lie. 75 cents for each dry, and u only get seven minutes with that weak🍑 heat. The washing machine, ask if you rather wash your clothes with cold❄️or warm water🔥… I chose warm water, so why is my clothes ice freakin cold?? Not only THAT, but they barely even give u enough water in the machines to even wash ya darn clothes man. I literally had to go back and forth from the sink to the washer to add more water to my clothes. Oh yeah, another thing, ya laundry detergent will also be gone by the time u leave… why? Cause the water doesn’t do the job so you’re not gonna see hardly any suds… imean not one bubble. Poor clothes look so dry, justa spinnin around in nothin but plain water. Like I said, go there to that big pretty place if u wanna, cause that’s where the money’s goin to, the looks. They are ripping off the people in that area 👩🏾🦱👨🏿👩🏽👨🏽🦱. They have 50/11 cameras in that building and STILL can’t see all the bull💩they need to fix. Either that or they greedy conning behinds dont wanna. It’s a crime shame. OH! And don’t ya dare ask for any help. HELP?! What is help??! Nobody working is there is even in sight. Nobody behind no desk. Not one person walking around to monitor nothin. Insteeead, they’re in the office kicked back doin a whole bunch of nothin while watching you need help at the money machine, Imean just watchin you struggle and laughin about it….you gotta knock on the door… Lol, somebody MIGHT answer. If ur looking to spend 40 on laundry, expect to spend 80-90 on the bs it’ll cost ya. The place is trash. There’s nothing free about that place. TUH! Sign must be up there for decoration.

I live nearby, and this is my favorite spot to do laundry!
Today, I tried their wash-and-fold service, and wow – it was amazing! Everything was neatly folded and super organized. Linda (she's awesome!) even texted me a few hours after I dropped it off to let me know it was ready.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for clean, professional, and friendly laundry services!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Zero Stars If I Could
I have been a regular customer at this laundromat, always coming in early on Sundays to do my laundry. However, today’s experience was absolutely awful. A staff member, an Asian woman with short hair, was rude and aggressive toward me. She mistakenly stopped the wrong washer because the one next to mine was leaking water. When I politely pointed out the mistake, she began yelling at me, which caused concern among other customers who came over to check if I was okay.
When I asked her why she was yelling at me, she responded, “I say to everybody, not you.” She then came too close to me, as if to intimidate me, and even put her finger in my face. The situation escalated further when she tried to throw a yellow caution cone at me and threatened to not only remove my clothes from the washer but to also call the police. All of this happened over a simple misunderstanding that she could have resolved by listening to me in the first place.
It was shocking to be treated this way as a loyal paying customer. The entire ordeal was unprofessional, and it’s clear this employee needs a serious lesson in customer service and how to handle conflict calmly and respectfully.
I will not be returning to this laundromat, and I highly suggest others be cautious because she treats African American, and Latino Americans horrible when this is their main clientele.

Pretty decent laundromat. One of the cleanest I’ve seen. However, wish they’d do more with the up keep of the washers and dryers. Literally have to smell each one before I put my clothes in to avoid them coming out smelling like mildew or dust. A lot of the washers and dryers smell like mildew, dust, and old medal.

Nice laundry very clean. Sometimes the lady doesn't know how to talk to people at times I just ignore her. But all people ain't like me I'm afraid her mouth is going to get her in trouble one day.

This place is awesome, definitely will recommend! It was a quick in and out trip, snacks available for the kids, and the attendants were very kind and attentive.
