I called this place up a while back to ask if they do NFA engraving for an SBR. No one answered. I left a voicemail, but no one called me back. I ended up going somewhere else.
I'm upset not because I got blown off, but because I really wanted to support a black business (which is why I deduct zero stars). Tom, if you're reading this, my only to feedback is to to be more responsive to phone calls, and maybe work on your website. Best of luck out there brother, and hopefully I can use you in the future.

Very positive experience. Tom was helpful, and walked me through the process as it was the first time purchasing a handgun. Fair prices and good customer experience made the purchase very easy.

Went to Surplus Armé today 11/07/23 at 12 noon after calling yesterday to confirm I could do the business that I needed to do with them. To my suprise they were still closed two hours after their posted hours. I called the number and was told they would be opening up "around 12:30" so I waited until 1:15 and still no one was there. This is an extremely unprofessional way to do business and I would not recommend anyone to go here. Also from their google photos I can see that they egregiously overcharge for firearms (a smith & wesson shield for almost $600 LOL!)

I was lied to for a whole day. Every time I tried to purchase ammo I was given false information about what time they were open. The customer service was horrible. I would never recommend to any other person at all.

Went here a little over a year ago. Wanted to support a black owned business. But the owner was rude and condescending as soon as I walked in. I made an appointment online for a consultation in advance, however when I began to ask questions about what I was interested in I was given unnecessary attitude. I purchased what I went for but haven’t been back. And will never go back.

First time owning a firearm, I walk in to this Gun store and those guys in there, was so so good. They explained to you in details, as a new person. I asked hundreds of questions and they answered me in a very professional way. Surplus armed is the best place , so friendly. And I also want to say a big thanks to Marcus, he was the first person deal with at surplus armed. Very professional,Thanks Marcus.
