Me and the husband went in for a vivid color, it looks great! Katie Henry and Tenlee Myers did an awesome job! Excellent service, I walked out and walked back in because my husband noticed a part where the color didn't take as well in my hair. Tenlee immediately went back in and fixed it! Very nice:) I will be coming back

Went yesterday apr 12th because I wanted to get a haircut, luckily they were open and the lady that cut my hair did a pretty good job. They made it comfortable and walk you through each of the things they do. The bangs I got are a tad bit longer than what I wanted however that's really the only thing I have to complain, about. Overall they do really well and I will be going back if I'm here again!

The perfect place to take my terrified 4 year old for hair cuts and I live in Pittsburgh!!!! We schedule his appointments around visiting family because they were so sweet and talked him through the haircut he only wants to go back to them. Price is great. Super quick. Clean and everyone is very kind. Thank you for finally getting my son’s hair cut !!!!

This was the worst experience I have ever had getting a trim, I asked for a two inch trim and to fix up the layers, the girl cut a little over two inches off the bottom after sectioning it out, pulls down another section of hair and takes off over 4 inches in one big chunk, I say something so she finishes that layer and then starts chipping away at the other layers, not making clean cuts or giving me any type of shape to my hair. I have long beautiful hair…..had. After I asked her to stop and started crying at how badly my cut was looking, another lady came over and finished the cut, it was still uneven but shaped better. I left with about 4-5 inches off of my hair and I hated it. I was getting ready to go see a friend I have not seen in a decade and have the worst hair cut of my life. I am beyond sad. The girl was new and straight out of the vo-tech. Please train your employees. My first cut here was amazing, Billy did such a great job, I came back, I will never return.

This was my first time going there,and I won't go back! My hair cut was rushed,and cut way to short,and uneven! I asked for my hair to be cut below my shoulders and layered. She cut my hair so that some hair is at my jaw,rest doesn't even reach my shoulder,sides are uneven,and It's not layered. When I said it was way to short, she shrugs and says oh well it will grow back,atleast it's lighter now!

They were absolutely wonderful with my son ? he received his 1st ever haircut from Kreative Kuts. I was nervous to take him to any salon, but a friend recommended this place. He has sensory issues, he struggles with anyone touching his hair or brushing it especially, and he doesn't do well in new environments. Just making the initial call and voicing my concerns they were caring and incredible over the phone. They did not disappoint in person ? They even made it special with a little certificate for his 1st cut witha curly lock of hair included to remember his baby hair. This place is beyond expectations and made everything easy. The cuteness in the photo speaks for itself!

This was the first time visiting this salon. All that I wanted done was a couple inches off of my hair. She cut my hair rather quickly and it felt rushed (keep in mind I was the only person there). After I got home, I noticed the one side of my hair was noticeably longer than the other side. I would be terrified to have anything more advanced done there after seeing my hair after a simple haircut. I am all about supporting small and local businesses, but unfortunately, I will not be going back.

I called before going in to get my hair cut. This was my first visit and wasn't sure if I needed an appointment or could just walk in. I was told to go ahead and come in, so I did. I was greeted right away and got put in the chair to get my haircut instantly. Megan was the stylist who cut my hair and I was very well pleased. The staff was very friendly and polite during my visit. After my visit, I got my girlfriend to go in and get her hair cut (different day) and styled as well. She had Cathy as her stylist and she was very pleased as well. I would definitely be returning for future haircuts and would also recommend to friends and family.

My hair turned out amazing! Shon was wonderful and happy to do all the work to get my thick dark hair to the color I wanted. A random woman complimented me in passing today about how much she loved my color. Katie did a great job on my nails also. Thanks guys for your great customer service and great work!!!

My son got his haircut after my younger two got theirs. I paid and took them to the car to wait for my oldest almost 15 years old to be done. When we got home, I could not believe the rumble strips he had! When I called Makenna answered and I told her about the strips and the neckline and ears were not touched she replied with “well we were busy with school starting tomorrow but I can have the manager call you, I just don’t know what you expect us to do”! Last I checked I was a paying customer and just because you’re busy doesn’t mean you don’t finish your job/make excuses to why it was done poorly! I had to use my husbands clippers and fix it myself! Pretty disgusting customer service! Then here it is the night after and Shon(manager) never called me. I definitely will be taking my 3 boys elsewhere!
