We needed a new dishwasher. Our Bosch was 17 yrs old and we wanted a new Bosch. Martin's carried Bosch and we went to check them out. Our sales associate, James, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us several models and some other brands to compare. No pressure. We chose a Bosch 500. Ordering was easy and delivery was on our schedule.
Delivery day came and the dishwasher arrived on time. Our installer, also a James, was very experienced. He worked with no wasted motion, anticipating each step. He had everything he needed. He answered all our questions happily. He even gave us some tips about the dishwasher and made sure we registered the product.
We strongly recommend Martin's.

Recently had a refrigerator cooling problem. Contacted Marin's Cleona. Repair technician arrived within 1/2 hour. Technician diagnosed problem and replaced defective component. Refrigerator was repaired within 1/2 hour and is now operating normally. Never happen if refrigerator purchased elsewhere. Thanks Marin's.

Martin’s is a pure pleasure to deal with through the entire experience from sales to installation. James arrived today as planned, removed the old dishwasher and installed a new one quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond changing out a waterline for our refrigerator too while the old dishwasher was out. We couldn’t be happier with Martin’s and will definitely be back in the future.

There are better dealers for sure. I purchased a home with a Speed Queen washer and dryer. With no idea where they were purchased, I called Martins. They told me they were under warranty and came out to fix but the repair did not solve the problem. They came back out and said they needed to order parts. After two months and no call back, I called and spoke to Tim. Apparently he is the service manager. He told me that they will no longer perform warranty service on my machines because they were not purchased from them and if I want the repair, it will be over $1,000 dollars for them to repair. Are you serious? What kind of business decision is that? How would I know where they were purchased. Tim is a terrible manager and just lost Martins $10,000 in business as the entire kitchen is due for new appliances and I will not be buying from Martins anymore. Tom B. Morrissey is a speed queen dealer and will be happy to service equipment they didn't sell! Shop elsewhere!

I had a wonderful experience with Martin's appliance.
They've been around for a long time and have excellent customer service and excellent employees.
I've purchased appliances from Home Depot , Costco and Lowe's. Shotty delivery experiences and customer service.
I did have an issue with my first stove delivery.
I reached out to them immediately and they responded back immediately. We discussed rectifying my issue and they did within days.
They stand behind the products that they sell.
You have to know that when you're purchasing appliances these days they're only built to last 5 to 10 years.
You cannot blame that on an appliance sales company.
The best that they can do is have great customer service.
My experience was excellent.
I will be buying my future appliances from Martin's.
