“This is our third time using Norman, Paul once again came to us with samples and after much deliberation ( on our part) we chose a beautiful carpet to upgrade our builders grade in our bedroom. The communication prior to was excellent. They came exactly when expected, and were amazing at not only the install but moving the furniture! The carpet and experience were both exceptional!
This is the second time we have worked with Norman and have been extremely happy with the quality of the product(we have done both wood flooring and carpet stair runner) and installation. We would highly recommend them and would certainly work with them again. Paul came to work with us both times, and also did some additional research to be sure we had what we needed for a great quality product while being sensitive to costs.”

I ordered the carpet for the whole house, so it would be the same dye lot. In June, I had the upstairs done. I moved on to the down stairs to continue my renovations. In October, Rich scheduled the installation of the down stairs. He had stored the carpet for me during the summer. His Installers were neat and clean, did excellent work, which included upholstering the stairs. They were professional and quick. I am thoroughly pleased with the experience.
