Called to get the propane tanks filled. Asked them to give us a bit of notice when they would be here. 2 weeks went by and got a call from the driver he was at the house. Told him sorry we were at work. Another few weeks go by and I took the day off to do some things around here. A driver shows up and gives me attitude because my wife has the checkbook with her at work. Then Susan from the office cussed her out because it's "illegal to run out". We told them to get their tanks off our property. I will probably just buy my own tanks and regulator. Less hassle to haul myself.

Needed propane, they came out, serviced my tank ,filled me up at a better price than anyone was just offering the fuel. Great and knowledgeable guys, appreciate their work, check them out, tough to beat.

other fuel suppliers in this area have!Asked them to come upright our propane tank as it was leaning by only a couple of degrees and we were trying to beautify the property. We wanted it completely level so we called them and they came to upright it and said they found a tiny leak. Leak must have been there for years because this house has been unoccupied since we bought it. They disconnected the tank and told us to get it fixed. When I tried to ask for assistance or questions, they wanted nothing to do with me. Just kept saying I had to get it fixed. When I asked, how to do that and what do I do about needing to use my stove and dryer in the meantime the propane, installer office, woman replied, "How does anyone do these things? Your're not the only one then has ever had to deal with this" At that point, I was fuming because she just kept talking about their insurance and wouldn't let me explain wanting information of where to get assistance with it. I'm a disabled veteran, a little bit of assistance is at least appreciated. Not from this woman or business. Susan is the person that deals with setting up propane service. Her customer service was horribly rude and hung up on me at times and I had to call back. Yes, at one point I was very upset and they knew it. But they didn't wanna help or hear me out before that point or especially anywhere after.They did not want to hear me out and what I had to say or the questions I wanted to ask to find out how to take care of it. kept reading off of her insurance policy, which I didn't need to hear because I understood the insurance issue. But every time I try to ask for help or assistance, she just kept referring to me as everyone else in the world who but was basically told that's my problem. I wanted their assistance with figuring out how to fix the problem, and was basically told figure it out on my own. They threatened to come and take the tank if I wanted to continue arguing. I told her come get it and they did that instant. I called two other fuel suppliers in the area and they are willing to put in a new tank, (50lb vs 100lb) because we only use Propane for the stove and dryer. They also said they could move the tank and check all the lines. This is something that I didn't ask them to do but they offered. I asked Klasen if they would help with that and they straight out refused to give me any help or information on where to go. I understand the insurance issues for them but I don't understand their lack of human compassion. I just wanted to get it taken care of and they didn't want to help.There are many other suppliers out there. Klasen has had the highest prices out of everyone also. The technician came back with some bearded kid who had a total attitude. Tried to talk to them and explain the situation, and he just turned with an attitude and asked if we had fuel oil with them also. When I told him, yes, he said "you might want to go ahead and cancel that too." Then I heard them badmouthing me on my Ringcam! Wow! So they don't want any of my business regardless of what kind of fuel I need? So I did just that. I wiped my hands clean of this business for good.Bought the house a year ago and was told I needed to sign for propane tank. I had been worried that there may be problems with this business in the future Because the first time they came out to fill the tank, they didn't bring the contract. I was then told I needed to stop in sometime when I was in the area and sign the contract for the tank. When I went in to do that, they couldn't find the contracts. So they just had me sign some form that wasn't even filled out. Very unprofessional.They changed ownership in the past year.Oh, and they're NOT gonna reimburse me for the 35lb of propane that was still in the tank. The other company said their policy allows customer to get reimbursed. Klasen started rambling off restocking fees and basically said I wouldn't be getting anything back. That's about $100. Refused to give us an invoice for the transactions on our account because "they have a new system." Came and took our 300gal tank because we "don't use enough for it," even though we order 150+gal a year. Susan Sheets, the plant manager was the woman we spoke with. Not only did she refuse us, she also screamed at me on the phone because I was asking questions about their procedures. This place is a joke. Do not recommend

Our experience with Klasen McQuiston Energy Co was nothing but TOP NOTCH!!! Chris Shaffer did and amazing job (on a 90-degree day). He went above and beyond to ensure our tank was set with perfection, our pool heater functioned properly with the hook-up all after he ran a line 60+ feet! We would highly recommend him and will be using this company due to his tremendous effort and friendly service!

I accidentally bounced a check for oil with this company. Paid it plus the 50$ fee. I called to ask why if I could get on budget billing. She said "there have been too many problems with your account". I asked her besides the check to give me a specific example. She stated "with your debit card". Surprised to hear this I asked if she could give me a date for this supposed issue with my card. "well I don't have it in front of me". I called today as I am out of fuel and she said I need to find another company. I have been with this company for at least 10 years. 10! For someone to dismiss a customer when it is going to be 0 for a high next week is incredible.

My parents have been customers of theirs for over 50 years. First, with Russ Klasen, then Bob, and now the new owners. With the new ownership and merging of McQuiston/Klasen and Heath Oil, I'm sure there will be some adjustments... But so far, the same dependable service we have always enjoyed.
Thanks to the office staff of all companies for making the transition as simple as possible.

Called early Monday a.m. out of propane, gave all info. Was told expect delivery wed. Called wed. Afternoon no delivery. Called company told driver has ticket. Wed. P.m. still no delivery. How long does it take? Apparently have to wait for it to be refined.

Second year now they subbed my order for fuel out to another company. Heath oil. Office girls just don't want do their jobs. Return calls. Place an order in the weeks time frame given. Never again. I will take my business elsewhere
