If I could give this establishment 6 stars I would!!!! Honestly, this is the only place that In want to rent cars from. Every experience is amazing. They are quick, the customer service is outstanding and the cars are clean and reliable. Big shout outs to Anastasia and Inna who are excellent examples of what customer service should look like in EVERY industry, not just the rental car industry. I always look to this location FIRST before I rent from anywhere. No one else come close.

Rented a car for a family trip. Girls at the counter were courteous, helpful, gave me an upgrade. Overall good experience. Will be tenting again.

I rented a car from the Ridge Pike location. The young woman was very rude. No smiles or warm greeting. I even gave her a compliment in which she still continued to be rude. She assigned me a Volkswagen Jetta. When I got to the car, it clearly had been in an accident. There was a big scratch on the front bumper, it wasn’t really clean inside, they didn’t give me a full tank of gas, the car clearly hasn’t been washed and it was a bit out of date. I walked back inside to voice my concerns and rude girl told me that, that’s all they had (the lot was full of cars). I was in a rush, already behind schedule on my road trip so I left. Idk if it was the girl or this location but they need to up their customer service majorly….EDIT: Just dropped the car off. There’s no after hours drop off. Rude girl should have mentioned that bc not everyone reads the fine print. #annoyed

NEVER AGAIN!!!! If you're reading this, do yourself a favor and do NOT bother with this company. I booked a prepaid rental for a SUV 'similar to a Ford Explorer' then realized a few days later that I needed something with 8 seats, ie a minivan or large SUV. I called this branch and spoke with Greta multiple times and she assured me she placed a 8 passenger minivan on hold. I arrive to pick up my rental, only to find out it only fits 7 passengers. I explain this to the woman working at the front desk (who by the way is the most rude and miserable employee I've dealt with) and she switched my rental to a Nissan Pathfinder- insisting it had 8 seats when i told her multiple times that it did not- and had to walk out to the car and take a picture to show it to her. I asked for a refund but was told I wasn't allowed a refund because I had already signed the contract.She then called Greta, who was of no help at this point. Then gave me the number of "Lisa" who did not answer, then advised me to call customer service- who assured me there were "plenty" of 8 passenger vehicles at the airport location. So, we drove there and they had nothing...(also, very rude customer service, but I'll explain more about that on their location)In total I spent over 4 hours trying to resolve this issue until I gave up and had to keep a car that I did not want ...Upon returning the rental I explained to the (rude) customer service rep everything that happened and she basically in so many words told me how she couldn't care less.What was supposed to be a joy filled family day quickly turned into a nightmare. Thanks Budget.

First time renting a vechicle, and it was nightmare, try to call them multiple times always get forwarded to corporate, had to return the vechicle and get to work the women was late, no help at all very rude and short with me, did not check the vechicle before I left so I'm sure I'll get an extra charge somewhere, drop off times are so inconvenient, (especially when there late), spend the extra money and go to enterprise!!!!
