A rogue shopping cart went into my back passenger door. After the guys were done, you could tell no difference at all. They did a wonderful job! Plus they even swept the inside of my car! Hopefully I won't need them again, but if I do I'll be back.

The employees at Klapec Auto Body are hardworking and skilled, and I respect the effort they put into their jobs. Unfortunately, management creates a very negative environment. Leadership is often rude and unprofessional, and the owner has a habit of yelling and calling employees names. This overshadows the strong work ethic of the team and makes it a difficult place to build a long-term career. With more respect and better management, this could be a much stronger workplace......update they have blocked me on all social media cause they dont want the truth of how they treat there employees out just goes to show you have crappy the owner and the management is , and I know cause I worked there for 13 years.

My wife hit a deer . It was hauled to another shop and was told that it would be 3 months before we would get it back. Took it to Klapec Auto Body and they had it back to us around 3 weeks later. Received 4 or 5 updates and when we picked it up it looked great.

This company is great. The staff is friendly and experienced. They kept me up to date and explained everything. They worked with my insurance and made the process super easy. My car looks like it did originally with no damage.
