We picked some beautiful family room furniture-took a lot longer than promised. Service has not been great.
Ordered it very early May. ( its now August) No updates by persons who helped us pick out. We finally called and were told furniture had been sitting in warehouse, waiting for final payment. Had we had known that, we would have made final payment but no one told us it was there. ( got the whole “ it just came in, you were on the list to call today” ridiculousness)
We are still waiting for 6 dining room chairs. I left a message for the designer to call to see if that is sitting now too. It’s been paid in full from prior finally payment. We have ordered Lazy z Boy furniture before, some from this store years before and never had any issues.
Delivery guys were friendly and professional.
Noticed a slight tear on sectional that I missed. Will deal with that when we talk to store again. If they return call.
Frustrating. Sorry for the novel but this store in Cranberry PA really has some communication issues.
