We acquired several suggestions for a new computer company from the community. We researched, had onsite visits, and were prepared with questions.We selected Campbell Business Machines (CBM), and overall, it is the best choice for quality, knowledge, customization, and price.The CBM team takes the appropriate amount of time to understand the customer's needs for customized computer hardware and software systems.Carlos is the individual assigned to the account. We appreciate his patience and knowledge.He is well versed in hardware, software, and upgrading programs without compromising data.They have the capability to remote in if needed.Their prices are reasonable.

I own Investment Planning Services in Tunkhannock, Pa. Several years ago I was referred to Campbell Business Machines.Scott has come to my office to clean and fix printers,copiers, fax equipment.Joe and others when I brought computers for issues had them resolved in a short period of time.Any equipment I purchased through them has been serviced by them.Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.

The IT tech Thaddeus did an excellent job. Fixed the hard drive, WiFi card; but when I got home there was still unrelated network issues that caused me to not connect. He even made a house call, and diagnosed a modem issue all on a Friday after 5pm just so I could get on the internet. CBM has a dedicated and honest crew.
