I have been with the WRCU since 1981. I have used them for car loans, home improvement loans, loans to pay off unexpected debt as well as for checking account, savings account and Christmas club account. They have always been helpful and kind in all these years.

Card constantly being hit with fraud charges and not being caught. I used protection like PayPal or other things to protect my card and I'm always out of a card or unable to pay my bills on time because there is always fraud charges. Since Dec 24th I've been out of a card 3 times. There's plenty more to say but it pretty much sums up the issue

I am very thankful for this credit union, I've been with them ever since I was 18 and as someone with very bad anxiety they always walk me through everything and are very patient. Just recently my debit card was about to expire but they made sure one was sent to me a month before it expired. Even though they get busy they'll still make time for those who need it, the atmosphere is very welcoming. I'm honestly glad I'm with this credit union. The only thing that could be improved is the mobile app going down but I know that they have no control over that. So keep up the good work and thank you

Rating is based on car loan expierence.I made an appointment for a car loan. I thought I had the paperwork they needed but, was told it was not sufficient. Not a big deal so, I got on the phone with the dealer and insurance to get the information corrected.The loan officer seemed irritated with my situation and kept huffing and puffing while I was sitting there. I was told the officer had another appointment that day and I could finish the calls for the paperwork in the lobby.After 5 minutes or so in the lobby someone (I suppose the manager) came over to me and said I should just leave and schedule a new appointment.After going home and emailing the loan officer the updated paperwork I called back. They told me that my car insurance for the car I'm buying in 1.5 weeks would need to be active today before they could do any paperwork. Not only does this seem like a strange requirement but, they also seemed irritated when I asked to schedule an appointment this week if I changed my insurance start date. At this point I told them to just forget about it and I'll finance with someone else.I took the SAME paperwork to Members 1st FCU and was in and out in 30 minutes without an appointment and all paperwork done.Not only were the White Rose CU staff unfriendly and a bit rude but, they also made me feel like it was a problem to even be there... one of thier customers.I will never recommend this branch to anyone and will not return.

I've been a loyal member for almost 8 YEARS but after today, I won't ever bank with this credit union again. No loyalty whatsoever to existing customers, they don't care about you or your banking needs/concerns. Very disappointed by their actions today. ? definitely DON'T recommend.

Place is great! Love the staff super friendly!
