Just used Lilly Pool and Spa for our pool closing for the first time after having a lot of problems with another company. They did a BEAUTIFUL job! Very clean and professional and took care of all the little details I usually have to do myself or clean up like taping the winter pump plug to keep it dry or not pumping the pool water into my garden but to take the time to drain it down the driveway. Very tight and clean and done right! Will definitely be using them to open in the spring! Thank you!

I have used Lilly Pool and Spa Service for many years and have always received excellent service. Jim and the team go above and beyond in every way, ensuring my pool is always in top condition. It’s truly amazing to work with such friendly and dedicated professionals. Highly recommend!

Jim and all of his crew are extremely knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. I recently purchased a new pool skimmer from them (Betta solar powered pool skimmer). It is amazing!! So worth the money. My pool has never looked better.

Charged $565 to open the pool (which does not include uncovering it). They showed up dumped some chemicals in before checking the hardware and left in 15 minutes telling us the pump was bad.
I called them to see if I could get any money back since they didn't actually do anything and they offered me $72 of store credit. Very overpriced compared to other services and didn't actually do the job.

I am a new customer effective April 30, and am SO happy am I with the responsiveness and downright kind, wonderful customer service! Matt serviced my pool a few days later and couldnt have been any nicer in showing/explaining things to me while he was working to get the pool in good shape. I went from wanting to fill the pool in so I didn't have to deal with it after my husband passed a few moths ago, to being so thankful and relieved it’s now open and running smoothly. Wishing I would have changed pool services years ago now that Ive found one that values their customers! Each and every person Ive spoken to in the last week - Joe, Jim, Matt, and the lovely woman who answers the phone (yes, the phone is consistently answered!) has delivered impeccable service!

I’m selling our house, and the process of pool inspections and opening can be a little complicated. They sent an inspector named Pete who was professional and knowledgeable. The inspection couldn’t be completed because the pump wouldn’t prime and start circulating. I called and spoke to Joe on a Monday May 1st, during the height their pool opening season. The very next day, Jim came out and got it filtering and running. I was concerned that my uncovered and stagnate pool would develope algae. But they quickly took care of me, at a time when I’m pretty sure they were already booked solid. Thanks, Lilly Pool & Spa!

These guys are the best. They are reasonably priced. Are very personable and always stand by their work. I can’t recommend them enough. We’ve used a couple different pool companies and will only use Lilly now. No brainer.

Wonderful company to have for all of my pool needs. I have never had a pool before and our farm has a very old pool that we opened this year. The owner, Jim was on site installing the new equipment and helped get the pool up and running this year. I called during the busiest time of year and they were able to fit me. I take my water samples to the store and joe helps with all of the chemicals I need. Highly recommend! Thanks Lilly Pools!
