I'm not a customer of the bank but I had to go there to deal with an issue with a check I received and they were exceptionally nice. So kind. I can't say enough about how thankful I am for how much they helped me solve a major problem and big kudos I if you're in Doylestown these guys have great customer service

A young man named Eric (approx 25-26 years old) helped me navigate and provided me with an in depth explanation of the lendng process. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend. I didn't catch his last name but we discussed the nuances of my own business and he provided noteworthy experience to address my problem

Remember the good old days, when the people in the bank knew your name when you walked in the door, answered the phone, and promptly returned calls (in this case, also emails)? Those days are back here, where the principal leaders are the same ones who invented small-town banking in Bucks County—from Bucks County Bank, First Service, and others. Covenant is so local, it has just one branch in the middle of Doylestown, and no ATM. But not to worry. You can use anybody's ATM and the fees will be reimbursed on your next statement. Very business-friendly also.
