Fred Bean Chevrolet doesn't outstanding job servicing vehicles. The service department is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable and they look out for the best interests of the customer. Above all they are fair!

Don’t EVER buy a car from Fred beans. A bunch of liars. I will never come to another FRED BEANS dealership. They lied about the history of my vehicle I purchased They don’t actually fix anything and will lie to you about the work they did. I brought my car in for radio issues (twice) and I asked them to drive the car so they can replicate the issue. They said they would. When I picked the car up not only was the issue not fixed but they had not taken the car out as is evidenced by the odometer. The Fred beans where I purchased the car said my car was a trade in. However the Fred beans up the road said it was purchased at auction. Well? Which is it? Bunch of crooks and liars. SHAME ON YOU FRED BEANS

I brought my 2012 Chevy Camaro in to get my Air Conditioning and Heating fixed. After a few hiccups and (3) long weeks, I got my car back with Both my Air Conditioning and Heating working great. Chris Ofner, Service Manager, Melissa Nyce/Service Dept. and Victoria, Receptionist, were very Kind, Helpful and Informative to me; they kept me updated the entire time my car was being worked on. I was so happy to get my car back when I did. I am FOREVER GRATEFUL to Chris Ofner, Melissa Nyce and Victoria, the Receptionist as well as All the Auto Technicians who did actual work on my car. Thank you ?
I am sorry it took so long to do this Survey but the very Next Day after getting my car back, I had a full blown Heart Attack and I just got out of hospital a few days ago.

I had a very pleasant experience with Wade, Jeff and Frank at Fred Beans Chevy. All three were very respectful and polite. I never felt rushed or pressured and they were willing to get me off the lot at a reasonable price. I will definitely consider their dealership when I am ready for an upgrade! Thank you, Fred Beans for making this sometimes daunting process a very smooth and friendly one.

Ridiculously mismanaged. We dropped our truck off on a Friday evening for a Monday morning appointment. I didn’t hear anything by Monday afternoon so I called- and they had no idea what I was talking about- they couldn’t find me in their system!! From then on it was not smooth, even when I went to pick the truck up, my paperwork wasn’t even ready. Not going back!

We dealt with a fine man named Lee Evans. Super polite more importantly honest. Didn't push us or hurry us. Everything was smooth. I would recommend talking to Lee Evans if you are in the market for a used or new vehicle.

Third time for same problem. This visit took almost two weeks to complete. Was not given notice for the delay. Had to visit the dealership to discern what was delaying solution to the problem. Excellent is my normal response to this question, but fewer stars this time.

I drove from NJ, almost 100 miles round trip and it was worth it! I found a car I really wanted online. I called, let them know what I wanted to do and they made it happen. All the people that work there are great, I felt like I was hanging out with friends. Dan Sweeney was my salesman. If you need a car, he will help you make that happen. If I ever decided to get another car I would absolutely take that drive again. THANK YOU FRED BEANS!

STAY AWAY!! They have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 orange in color for sale. Just went through their million point inspection yet the tires are at the west bar and absolutely 100% dry rotted all over. It’s illegal to pass tires in Pa that show wears of dry rot. Dealership is looking to kill someone with those tires possibly blowing out. Truck needs $2000 worth of tires that they’re passing onto a buyer dumb enough to purchase that death trap with those tires. Inspection mechanic should be fired!! Salesman Al is a POS and lazy as well.
