I’ve been going here since 2021. My daughter went to get a full set which she has done plenty of times before. We went in and was told that we needed to get Gel nail polish with her full set and they do not use regular nail polish on acrylics. I’ve never heard of such nonsense. I asked since when because my daughter was there right before school started and got a full set with regular polish. I was told a long time. Well…. That’s the last time there for me for sure.

Had an appointment booked two weeks ago for Friday august 16th at 11am. Arrived, technician was very behind schedule . Asked if I’d see another tech???. I booked in advance to ensure I had who I felt is their best tech. I was on a tight schedule and asked if they could make sure I’d be out in an hour. They assured me I would. Sat and waited 5 minutes only to find a woman walked in after me. She, too, had an appointment with the same tech I scheduled for 11am. She was also told she’d need to see another tech. We ended up sitting next to each other, annoyed, waiting. We talked and she too said she had scheduled her appointment. Obviously, management double booked. We also shared stories of previous visits- manager hovering over the techs, always being passed off from one tech to another to either start a process or take over a process; it seems you rarely start and finish with the same tech. Prices are never consistent with the service and the environment feels chaotic - never a “spa” experience. It also seems filthy most times (dusty, residue, cluttered and unkept). I was so annoyed I walked out and will NEVER return ! The very least they could’ve done was call to say they were running late. Why take your phone # for a booking if you don’t intend to use it? Highly unprofessional management, you’re not a client, you’re just a number at this salon. Save your money and sanity. Don’t go.

I had a bad experience at happy nail and don’t plan on coming back. I got powder dip with Alice. She was pretty rough when filing my nails, told her several times it hurt.
The dip process was fine but when we got to the point where they need to clean up the glue that got stuck under your nails, to your skin, she just didn’t… and when I asked her to do it she looked at me and asked if this was my first time getting dip powder done. No, it wasn’t, and that’s why I knew the process and what she was not doing. She dug around “trying” to fix it but all she did was poke pretty hard and it hurt. I ended up going to sit next to my sister who has a great gel manicure with Quinny, who helped me get my fingers unstuck from the glue.
Not even a week later the whole thumb nail came off and several others started to peel. I normally am able to keep my dip powder for 3-4 weeks without any chips from other places. 2 weeks later 3 more nails fell off - not even chipped - just completely came off.
My nail tech couldn’t care less, nor could the older lady walking around watching what everyone was doing. Save your money, go somewhere else.

The service here is inconsistent and the quality of each pedicure utterly depends on who is working. My previous pedicure was great. My nails were cleaned up, and well polished. However, my most recent pedicure was appalling. Not only did the staff rush the service (which is costly), but skipped many steps that are vital to a proper and delightful experience. The water was lukewarm (and overflowed), the worker did not attempt to tidy up ingrown nails or trim cuticles, and the polish job did not even cover my entire nail. The massage, that cost more, was below mediocre and not nearly as long as the pedicure that costs less.

Will not be coming be coming back here ever again. From the minute I arrived I was rushed. The lady who did my pedicure did a terrible job and rolled her eyes when I wanted to switch the color. She rushed through her work and then demanded I pay as soon as I sat down to dry. I tipped her and she did not say thank you or happy holidays or anything to close in a professional matter. There are other places in doylestown who actually do a good job and treat their customers with respect bye!

Upon arriving today for my 10:45am appointment there were plenty of employees that didn’t have clients. The manager/owner I assume began asking some of them to take me for my gel pedicure, and then they all started arguing over who had to take me. Finally I got Tina who didn’t seem too thrilled that she had to do her job. She completed my pedicure in 25 minutes and it was hands down the worst pedicure I have ever received. The water was lukewarm, there was nothing put into the water (powders or soap), she didn’t attempt to remove ingrown nails, she used the cuticle remover on my dry feet and made 3 toes bleed, she cut me with the nail file on several toes, and then proceeded to burn the bottom of my foot with a hot stone and then burn me with the hot towel after rubbing loads of oil all over. The polish job was even worse and there was paint dried all over my skin. I had to go home and spruce it up the best I could and ice the bottom of my foot because it was legitimately burned. The tools they were using were not clean and after she used them on my toes she put them at her table to use for her next clients fingers uncleaned. This place is filthy and they don’t seem to want to be working at all. Will never return. I only went here 2 times because I had a gift card 4 months apart and in those 4 months the price went from $40 to $50 for the same service except this time it was horrendous.Service: Pedicure

Worst mani I have ever received and I have had bad ones before. I usually go to nail define but they didn't have any availability for me before a wedding and happy nails was able to take me in. CANT WAIT TO GET THESE OFF!

I planned a girl's afternoon and made reservations for 4 for manicures. They rushed us from the moment we walked in. They wouldn't even let us look at colors without feeling like we needed to make a decision immediately. I think it took less then 5 minutes for our manicures.. and I could have done my own nails better and not wasted the money. Very disappointing.
