First time was nice . Nurse was kind . But second time scheduling the front desk woman seems to be very judgmental. I was going for Sti and std checking and she just seemed to be passive aggressive wi the her tone .

Although this is a free clinic, I agree it feels like a boutique experience.
The atmosphere is really calm and relaxed and upbeat — not drab. The front staff and the nurse are very nice, and personable.
The testing is very comprehensive (pharyngeal and rectal swabs, as well as urine samples, blood sample and rapid testing). They let you know about HIV and HepC within 20 mins, and the results come very, very quickly after (I had an appointment Thursday at 3pm and results were in Friday at 12pm). Finally, they have a comprehensive PreP and PEP program for HIV treatment — entirely free, with regular testing and telehealth option — and include modern options like Apretude and Descovy.
The last thing I will say is that, for the first time in my life, I almost lost consciousness while getting my blood drawn, and I just felt relieved by the nurse's bedside manner — giving me space, paper towels for the sweat, fruit juice, etc.
They are calm and really good about giving you step-by-step instructions, the rooms are private, the bathroom is large and private, everything is clean, I felt it was rather neurodivergent friendly — much more than most places I've been.
I felt well taken care of. We're lucky to have these Novus clinics in the area. I can't believe I used to go to really loathsome urgent care options — expensive and often dismissive.

Nothing but high praise for this whole team. Alicia Connie Love Sarah are all so incredibly welcominng, warm, professional and take extraordinary care of you. I am sad I am moving and cant take this whole team with me.

Feels like going to a private doctors office and not a free clinic. Personable, caring, accommodatingly individualistic treatment by a warm, compassionate and thorough, knowledgeable staff in a clean and comforting friendly environment. The head NP ❤️ and entire staff are always willing to explain things; the exact opposite of any clinic experience I have ever had since switching to public insurance. Feel like a person and not just a rushed number/statistic. Highly recommend.

I recommend this facility most highly without any reservation whatsoever. My nurse practitioner is incredibly helpful and makes me feel well cared for. The nursing staff is exceptionally efficient and compassionate. The office staff is diligent with everything they do. EACH time I called, I spoke with a human and never got lost in an electronic voice mail system. They are simply the best

The staff at Doylestown location made me feel comfortable during a difficult time i am going through. My nurse /test provider was so nice and I am truly thankful they were able to schedule me and provide such care.

Was able to get an appointment same day which nowadays seems impossible with any of these clinics. Staff was professional polite and I was in and out. Literally took me about 15 minutes in total. Best service I’ve ever had with any clinic.
