“I brought my car into Caliber Collision on Glenside Avenue after it was hit while parked. My front bumper was dented and the trim above my tire was dented also. I was recommended there by someone who had used them and said they did great work. The experience was very smooth. From calling for an appointment to bringing my car in, to picking it up when it was repaired, it couldn't have been better.
I was sent text messages to let me know how it was coming along the entire time.
When i picked the car up, it had been cleaned inside and out. It looked better than when i brought it in. The customer service was outstanding! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone i know!”

This is a family owned customer oriented shop with excellent credentials. Don & his team are exceedingly informative & friendly.
Guldner’s was half the price of Caliber Collision (who did shoddy work on a previous vehicle). This type of repair takes a lot of time due to the nature of the work. Dons team worked to get my vehicle back to me as soon as they could. You could not tell that the truck had been damaged at all. Paint match was perfect and Don also removed a tiny ding in my door and covered a deep ugly scratch. When I picked up my truck it was shining (I left it covered in mud) inside & out. They even scrubbed my floor mats!
This is the type of old fashioned customer service that is nearly impossible to find today.
Kudos to yourself & your team Don. I could not need be happier & will never use any other shop.

“I have used Caliber twice to repair unsightly dings and dents to my car (one caused by someone opening their door and one caused by a tree branch that fell on my hood). Both times, they gave well explained estimates, got my car fixed on time or early, and kept me thoroughly updated along the way. On the second repair, when I asked them to also fix a door panel that had become warped (causing a panel gap) they did the entire repair as a free add on, even though I was willing to pay. Both repairs look like nothing ever happened. Basically, these guys are great. I’m very happy that they’re there for when stuff like this happens.”

“I’ve been in an accident once before, and it was a nightmare of an experience between my insurance and the collision shop I was sent to. As soon as I was hit this time, my first thought was that I would have to deal with another bad company and how I did NOT want to go through that part again. Caliber Collision in Colmar made everything SO easy and stress-free for me. They went into detail explaining everything to me when I initially dropped the car off and exactly what they would be fixing (I know nothing about cars so this was helpful), kept me updated the entire time on repairs, and even finished the vehicle a week earlier than planned. They made it look absolutely brand new (significant front end damage to the drivers side that you cannot even tell was there now) and the paint is perfectly blended. This was the most severe accident I’ve been in, and the worst my car has looked, and they made it perfect.
Thank you to Steve who worked on my car and made it look so beautiful, and Trinity and Ashleigh for being so pleasant every time I called with a dumb question. You have made this whole experience so much easier on me and from the moment I dropped the car off, I knew I was in good hands. If I ever get T-boned again (let’s hope not) I will absolutely be bringing my car here. Thank you thank you thank you!”
“Suburban Autoworks (SA) was wonderful to work with! Our son was in a car accident and SA was one of the options our insurance company gave us to fix the car. Boy are we happy that we chose to use them! From the first phone call after the accident to when we picked up the car, communication was excellent (Kim was fantastic!) and we always felt like they listened to and addressed our concerns. I called them first thing in the morning to schedule an estimate for repairs from a car accident, and within the next couple hours the estimate was complete and they began working on the repairs. I mentioned to them that I had a really tight timeframe on when I needed the car back, and they worked above and beyond to get it done very quick. When I picked it up, my car looked brand new as if it had come from the dealership. I was astonished at how personable they were, and how amazing my car was when I picked it up.
