I don’t want to leave a bad review because she is a great notary, but this is the 2nd time I drove out here from the city to do a titleDuring business hours and the doors locked and no one’s here. Very disappointing. But she is one of very few good notaries left!not being here when your supposed to be is tough on customersHope everything’s okay!

Just tried to go there for the first time during their posted business hours. Storefront is locked up with no sign explaining why and their mailbox is full.

The owner is so nice and she knows exactly what she is doing and helped me a lot. I really recommend everyone check this place out! It’s the most efficient title transfer place that I have been. These folks really know their stuff and can do a title transfer in a jiffy! They are efficient, fast, and cheap; but used to be in a natty old building in a decaying corner of Penn Hills. Now they're in new digs and life is good! Be sure to support this great, local, long-standing Penn Hills business!
