I bought a car from Auto Valley Group a few weeks ago. It was a very smooth experience. The price was good, there were no made up fees, only necessary ones, and everybody I interacted with was very helpful. Paperwork was very quick. Overall, I really recommend this dealership and I am happy with the car they sold me.

Albert specifically, sold me a car that should have never been inspected. I bought it drove it a week before state police removed the inspection sticker because of severe rust. now I have a car I paid 9k i can’t even drive because of having to get PSP involved. Very unethical business practice. He refuses to do anything because the car was “sold as is”. This car ruined my life because now I have to pay a loan for 9k and can’t even afford to get a new one because I thought I had a good investment.

Just bought a 2014 Buick Encore from here for $11k with $83k miles. It has numerous leaks that have been chronic. Costing me $4k to fix them. Buyer beware…
Replying to owner response. They did take it in and said leaks were resolved. Car leaked days after I got it back from them. Found out it was a coolant leak and paid total of $1000 to have different mechanics look at it and finally fix it. Surprisingly, still leaking! Coolant is leaking again. There is an oil leak as well. Needless to say it’s still in the shop because the mechanic feels bad for me that I was sold such faulty car. I haven’t had the car for a month. I am not impressed by this car or sale or response back here instead of contacting me directly to see how the car is functioning. Bottom line is it’s STILL LEAKING!

5 stars for Auto Valley Group! I came across them using Autotempest and sent an inspector via Lemonsquad to check out the vehicle I was interested in. Auto Valley Group was very responsive and provided great customer service. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and they were able to arrange shipping it to me in another state and take care of all of the paperwork for me. Being a first time out of state buyer, I was a little nervous but they walked me through the process and made it super easy! Super happy with my purchase so far! I’ve always wanted an X5-D!

Wonderful experience. Very friendly atmosphere. So many vehicles to choose from in great condition. Prices were very reasonable and salesmen are quite accommodating (within reason) with nitpicking over the little things.
Must also say, they are honest guys! Unknowingly gave them a check for $500 more than I should have and they pointed it out immediately.
I definitely will buy from Auto Valley again, and I will recommend them to friends and family! Love my new vehicle.

I nearly lost my life to the unethical practices of Auto Valley Group.
The day after I bought my car from them, after driving less than 80 miles, the car seized up and shut down on a crowded highway, giving me less than 3 seconds to avoid other cars and steer the dead car off the road. A less experienced driver would have been unable to avoid a life-threatening collision.
My mechanic examined the car, and explained that Auto Valley Group had manually wiped several ‘check engine’ codes. Before buying the car, I had brought it to a mechanic for a pre-inspection purchase, as everyone responsible buyer should. But that mechanic had been unable to identify manually wiped codes, which Auto Valley Group of course knew.
Everyone at AVG is friendly. They will smile, laugh, and not think twice about the life-threatening danger of selling you a car with wiped codes, so you have no foresight into your car shutting down at any moment. Fortunately, I was able to avoid a collision and serious injury. But I was left stranded on the highway, without a car for days, and with thousands of dollars in repair bills.

We bought a S550 4matic from these guys. The car looked perfect and is perfect. I can see that they take pride in their inventory. It was so nice to find a local used car dealer. I was so excited when I found this car! If you are looking for a nice used vehicle.. this is the place to go. I would like to say thank you again for taking care of us properly!
