I found the part I need online and called them up to order it. Great customer service on the phone and they did what they promised. I didn't expect to get it the day after via UPS. I'm very impressed and happy. Prices are great especially when it comes with great customer service. I'll check with them first when I need another car part

I needed a door latch and center instrument console for an old car I'm restoring. Wayne was super-helpful, offered suggestions for ensuring the door latch would line up, then promptly shipped the parts packed appropriately for a cross-country trip during the busiest shipping week of the year. Called for 2 brake calipers. I was told yes we have the left and right. Great!!! I was told we have to get them off the vehicle and bench test them before we sell them just give us some time. Hour and half later they called we have a good left one but not a right. That's fine I'll take the left. Thank you once again for the honesty of taking the time to sell good parts. Been dealing with them pretty much my whole life. My dad would go there now myself and my son has even bought parts there.

On a Friday I inquired about a very rare part, and instead of the usual "I'm not going to look because it's not an expensive part and it's probably not there", they took my name and number and went to work. On Monday I received a callback telling me they found it in the back of the warehouse. I was stunned to say the least. The next Friday I called back and ordered the part. Card payment went through with no issues, and shipping was immediate. The part arrived on Tuesday, with a receipt and printed invoice, and it was exactly what I ordered. Could not ask for anything more from a used parts dealer. I would give them six stars if I could.
