Joshua is the best Verizon employee. He goes above and beyond to help you. He is very kind, and extremely patient. You would never know that he has only been there 3 months. Josh has fixed all my issues that I had with my new Samsung S25 Edge. He is the best!

I have been dealing with over the phone and a different store Verizon customer support. I had wasted about three or four hours of time I went to the store. Joshua had me in and out in about five minutes and fixed my phone.

I went in today to switch my phone that was on a business account over to a personal account since I just retired. JJ was super helpful in getting that accomplished. He also explained the different options for plans and upgrades. I highly recommend this store over any others.

I went in the store to do a trade in and upgrade to a new IPhone. I was helped by Joshua. He is very knowledgeable and respectful of many questions that I asked. He also manages a store full of customers getting people the info they need and trying to work efficiently all with a very pleasant attitude and patience. Both times I was in the store he was working alone and did a great job of managing and customer service. Thanks, Josh!

Josh educated me on why I needed to change and upgrade my plan of 8 years. Don’t be stubborn. If josh is telling you something, listen. He’s trying to help you not sell you on anything. Best experience I’ve had in a phone store. Forever a customer as long as he’s there. Thank you for help. Quick, easy, and happy.

Joshua helped me with my setup and trade in of my new iPhone every step of the way. And at first was hesitant because it wasn't a corporate store but i will definitely be back for any future upgrades

I was undecided on whether I wanted or did I really need a new phone? I went to the VZ just to look at the new models.
In speaking with Joshua Acevedo he helped me decide on what to get by asking questions.He was not pushy or nor was trying to convince me into getting something I really didn't need. Joshua was very patient and respectful. I liked very much that he was multi-tasking. While I waited for the phone to download info, he was answering questions for a customer that was waiting for assistance. He didn't skip a beat. You need employees that care for their customers. Always nice to have a little sense of humor as well. It makes customers relax a bit more. Consider yourself lucky you have an employee like Joshua. He's outstanding!
