I bought a masonry drill bit, went home, drilled two holes, and the tip broke, and the bit dulled terribly. I took it back to the store, and was told by the manager that I broke the tip off( I'm a professional ) so I know what I'm doing! The manager was rude, and said he wouldn't cover it. I said it should have lasted longer than two small holes, again, being rude, the manager said, he wouldn't cover it, and that he uses these all the time and never has had a problem! Tools do fail at times!

I would give no stars. The manger for the day needs to keep his mouth in check to people’s children. Go to the parents and talk to them don’t open your mouth to the children. The two male employees thought just because I was a female I would back down guess what I protect my children who have disabilities and I would have taken care of the situation with my children you they had no place to even say anything and when I will never Go to the Aces in Ebensburg and go ahead call the come you male supervisor of the day. This would have turned out differently if he would have come to me instead of acting like he was their parent and that shows me why the store was empty when I walked in there and they sell junk there and never can get what you need and when you do they get you the wrong parts or try to sell you something different they you actually need

I went in looking for a bin or can for dog food storage. I didn't find what I wanted but the service was super friendly and very helpful!

I really enjoy Ace. You can get anything from a little Knick Knack to paint to stain, to art supplies, etc. this is a place where you can get most anything!

Staff stand around talking but nobody asks if you need help. Staff used to be nice and helpful now they act like you are bothering their conversations with other staff. Ace is more expensive than Walmart or lowes so you think they would try harder.

Best Kept Secret in EBENSBURG!!! This place has everything! I am soo thankful it is here and has saved me numerous times with hardware to tools to you name it.
The staff is knowledgeable and even has helped me with bolts on a small Mantis tiller that I brought in and they fitted with replacement bolts.
This is an equipped store with the Old Time Hardware experience. Check it out!
