Al lobbies closed on Saturday. Really people work the rest of the week. Drive thru only. Please open lobby. Very in convient. The tellers are great. Please stop taking away hours of operation when ppl can go to bank also closed on sunday.

The employees here are fantastic. But the change in hours is not convenient at all for people who work Mon- Fri 9-5. Disappointed that drive through isn’t open at 8:30 anymore and Saturdays closed now. Not convenient at all.

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.
