Held large deposit on "administrative hold", all information was verified and bank manager, despite having the ability to, will not unfreeze my funds. I will be going with a new bank.

Drive-thru service is the slowest you will ever find. Poor traffic routing, drive-thru Lane usually blocks the ATM Lane. Expect to spend a long time waiting in line.

They do not take responsibility for mistakes that they make. They expect me to pay for their mistakes. Nobody apologized and while they are telling me they want to "help" me, they make things worse.

BB&T has friendly people I just don't like the way they do banking when you deposit a check from another bank it takes at least five to six or five to seven business days before the check clears M&T Bank is a lot better because they cash your check right away and the funds is already in your account but as far as people are concerned all banks have friendly people except for Santander the one in Emmaus on Chestnut Street

I prefer this one over anynother one because they all know you by name and so friendly. Only issue is, wish they'd update the time it opens online. I went out of my way just to see that they changed their hours. But overall love this bank!

I've been at this bank since it was Susquehanna and from then until this very second I can honestly say it is the greatest bank on the planet. The customer service is just amazing. The women that work there are great at what they do and they alsays have a smile on their faces! Highly reccomend!

I just wanted to thank the customer service representative Ann today for going above and beyond in helping me with all of my banking needs, her customer service was superb and she is definitely an attribute to Susquehanna Bank. She went outside of her comfort level to make sure my banking needs were met and I was satisfied and I really appreciate that.
