Best fitness center in the Lehigh Valley! Vince is an amazing trainer, either one-on-one or in a group class. He really knows how to listen and work with you to get amazing results while still keeping it fun. Robin's classes are also awesome, and her Animal Flow class is like nothing else in the LV. I highly recommend becoming part of the LAF family!
