My daughters Vehicle muffler was worn out and we took it to Independence Muffler and the team lead by Owner Shawn took on the task in a very short time installed a new system and it sounds to much quieter ?
During the time I was in the waiting room
another client needing a PA Inspection waiting the Owner Shawn brought out the Worn parts showing the client the problem and Suggesting the right direction to go!
He impressed me on his customer care

Great experience, it has been long time since I have needed exhaust work done and as always you can count on Independent Muffler, they quoted me a price and when I went to pick it up it was less than quoted, they were able to repair instead of replace a section. I remember my dad taking the family ride there when I was a kid and as an adult I cannot say enough about how great they are there. 10 star rating.

I can't say enough about their Customer Service!! They go above and beyond to help their customers with QUALITY WORK and GREAT PRICES!!
I have been going here for over 20 yrs and once again they saved my day!!! I broke my shoulder on Sat. car battery died on Sun. they squeezed me in on Mon. and replaced battery!!!!!!!!!
They really care about their customers something that is practically non existent in this world today!
