Extremely unprofessional customer service. This company is amazing they will tell you something or say something will be shipped but you never hear from them . When you call they act like you made the mistake and talk down to you like you've made it up. Also be prepared for them to hang up on you! I understand it's hard to find good help nowadays but come on MedCare equipment be better.

I see all of these bad reviews and I can honestly say, I've contacted them 3 times for oxygen supplies and had no problems at all! All 3 times I called the Reps were very kind and accommodating to ordering my supplies! Very happy with their service, so far!! 😊

They pressured me into ordering more stuff when I already had a bunch for my CPAP machine, so I ordered what I was told I needed.
They sent a box with the wrong masks,when I discovered it, I wasn't able to return becouse 30 days have passed.
I called to check on my new order online becouse the link said it was easy as 1,2,3.
I call got transferred 5 times to pay my copay.

If only I could give zero stats. I received a new CPAP 2 weeks ago. Was informed the mask would have to ordered. Would be 3-5 days. Called a week later only to find out it hasn't been ordered. Was told they would order it while I was on the phone. 3-5 days. Another week later and no one has the first clue where it is. Currently talking to insurance to find another company to work through. I'll probably just lay out the $80 on Amazon and have it here tomorrow.
**UPDATE**
Ordered my first resupply. It's been 12 days and I'm still waiting for it to ship. I've been using a CPAP for 24 years. I've dealt with several companies over that time. This is by far the absolute worst EVER, and it's not even close to be being close.

I am currently looking for a new supplier for my bipap. Medcare's customer service is awful. Even though I had a Medicare Representative on the phone with Medcare, they refused to resubmit my renewal for my machine because it wasn't due for 1 month. The Medicare Rep told them to submit the request as it would be approved, but they would not!!! Customer Service is terrible and I'm looking for a new supplier.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Terrible communication, lying that they never received information when both doctor and UPMC had proof that it was sent -- TWICE!! If only insurance had gone with another equipment company. Don't deal with them if you don't have to.

The delivery of my husbands oxygen was prompt and courteous following his heart surgery. The driver explained the process with complete understanding of our post surgical needs. A follow-up billing question was also explained easily.

Monopolies on UPMC, because they are owned by UPMC. Acts like a company that you are forced to deal with because of insurance, not because they are competent. Lying in the company policy. Obfuscate and confuse, then claim no responsibility. If you have UPMC and need medical equipment, just switch insurances and save yourself the hassle. This company is the worst to deal with for doctors as well.
