The washer took my money the washer wouldn’t start so we called the number which we got an answer but the person said he was at work so he would mail us the money while our kids clothes and our clothes had detergent all over the clothes very unprofessional I run a multi billion dollar business and when something is wrong it’s our job to fix it regardless if I’m off or not I will not be back and I hope people start going to the Sharon one all the washers and dryers work great free WiFi and you don’t have to worry about your clothes being stolen or your money be taken and the issues will be taken care if anything happens. I won’t be back into this one ever. Very unprofessional

I will never wash clothes here again.
The place was filthy.
Water going across floor and making a decent puddle from leaking washer, dryer sheets and garbage all over the floors.
Washer ruined my clothes, leaving weird yellow and brown stains on them.
I had to replace work uniforms, that were 3 months old plus other clothes.
And not get reimbursed because they are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
So I paid for my clothes to get ruined while washing them and then paid to replace the damaged items...
I Want to Thank the owner of the Farrell Coin Laundry, for the $100+, it cost me to wash, dry and then replace my ruined clothes.
Vending machine for detergents, etc. completely empty.
A Pitbull was eating garbage and food that was thrown all over the parking lot, growling and snapping , was stuck inside until it decided to leave.
I WILL GO BACK TO USING THE ONE ON STATE STREET, NEXT TO BURGER KING. ALWAYS CLEAN, INCLUDING THE BATHROOMS, NICE AREA WITH TABLES AND CHAIRS, TO EAT, READ, ETC. HAS A TV and VENDING MACHINES.

Bathroom was locked and I couldn't get in. The washers have backwash that gets on the clothes. Each one needs soked and cleaned. Fix the bathroom

Decent clean laundromat, usually isn't too buisy. The quarter game ripps you off sometimes, but everything else above par. It's now right next to a dollar general, which can be usefull

Had issues with washers not draining properly clothes came out soggy. Lost money on soap dispenser and when product does drop you can't get it easily and the metal where you retrieve product is rusty and sharp

Mgr needs to clean up more often . Coins needs to collected so that the machine can work...... Please fix the dryers they are not getting hot...

I like to do laundry here. Just never ever leave your stuff unattended for any period of time. Ever. It's clean. And decently sized.
