All is well. But I wish the notify me when the will start and end working on the car. Notify me on change in time. And send the driver to bring me back to the shop.

I worked with sales agent, Ron Haines on a Bronco custom order (took only three months btw) and I will say he was amazing.
He walked me through the entire process, answered every question, and saw the deal through the entire way.
I would recommend working with Ron any day of the week!

Ed in the service department was awesome. He kept me informed of all the work that was be done to my truck. Explained how the they found the issues and what worked need to be done to fix it and what was covered under warranty. I would recommend ED to all my family and friends

I had a VERY pleasant car-buying experience at John Kennedy Ford of Feasterville! It was an absolute pleasure to have Ciara as my salesperson! She followed up with me multiple times before AND AFTER my purchase to make sure I was able to sync phone app with the car and to see if I had any questions that came up with the newer tech features. (Features that she had previously covered with me on our test drive, but can be overwhelming for a person coming from a 2015 Explorer.) She's very patient and thorough!
Everyone in showroom and finance department were also super friendly and helpful. GREAT experience!!!
