I usually change the oil myself but we were heading out for vacation in July so I stopped in Valvoline to have the oil changed. I go to change the oil myself and the drain plug was over tightened I needed to use an extension to get that to break free. And then when I went to remove the drain plug off of the oil filter case which is two pieces they must have used the 3/8 Square Drive to tightened the oil filter housing. I ended up needing a breaker bar and a 36 inch pipe wrench to get it apart. Will not be going back with my personal vehicle. I usually stop there with a work vehicle but no longer will I use this place

They are not serious about their work. Last time I changed the oil here, they did not tighten my filter and caused the oil to leak.

Cory of the FEASTERVILLE location is outstanding! If there is an Employee of the Month award he deserve it. Better yet, a raise! Outstanding service by the entire team.

Went on a Sat morning with the mrs car for oil change. Fast service no pressure trying to up sell services or grade of products. They let me know options and took my answer again with out trying to pressure me. I was extreamly happy with the service, so much so i went back the same day with my truck.
On the truck i got an oil change and front differential fluid change. All told i was in an out quickly with both vehicles.
I think between the 2 vehicles all the employees had a hand in my work today. The entire team was pleasant and smiling. Pretty impressive for early saturday morning. I would recommend them to anyone who asked where i get my oil changed. I didnt not get everyones name or i would list them here but thank you all at the Feasterville Valvoline oil change shop !

Very nice and professional employees who kept me up with every thing they were doing to my car. I got to remain in my car. Quick and easy and was on my way in about 20 -25 minutes or so. Trusted the advice and watch the work happen. Went home and compared the prices with other places of work done and was treated fair and they took a coupon. Very pleased with results.
