I was simply out enjoying the scenery, ie some good snapshots worthy of canvas, when I came across a goldmine of a garden center/gift shop ?. I was in a state of awe for about 2 hours as I slowly tried to take it all in. Obviously it's off season for summertime blossoms but the 'mums' n pumpkins ? have made their entrance! Esbenshades is definitely a place you don't want to miss as you ready your 'scares for fall ????. I'm sure Christmas won't disappoint either ...shh?, one at a time please. 5 stars ?⭐️?✨️

Esbenshade’s has an exceptional variety of all things garden/backyard. Their gift shop is also vast. I must say that during the busy season, it’s hard to engage staff. However, the manager at this location is always great. The greenhouse associates are always really busy with tasks. Asking someone who’s very busy feels like a bother because they seem very focused on things like watering or inventory. The cashiers are often busy checking out long lines and waiting for one of them to help with price checks takes too long! I found what I thought were two less engaged staff yesterday who I followed into the gift shop but when I got inside, they vanished! There doesn’t seem to be a floating staff member available just to help customers. I’ve been eyeing up their wind chimes for months now and finally had the intent to purchase one. They are really expensive. Everything there is expensive. I was truly disenchanted yesterday when I couldn’t find price tags on all chimes or their boxes. I did manage to pull a cashier aside once who had to take a mobile scanner to scan one chime and go back to their register to read a price. That line was long and I wasn’t willing to do that for the rest of the chimes. So, just be prepared for that during the busy season. Who knows when I will be able to use that gift card from Mother’s Day. When things are that expensive, it’s got to be worth that trouble.

I like this place. It can be on the expensive side. It's good just for browsing. The decor is always very nice and well thought out. Staff is very friendly and they seems to do a lot with and for the community. Each holiday feels very festive. And when it's not holiday time, it's just a nice place to visit

I wasn't able to get to the sale however I must say that when I called, I spoke to the woman in customer service and she was fabulous and very helpful !! I only wish I had asked her name so she could get the "Props" I'm hoping to get there on Monday and maybe get to meet her. I wish more businesses had such kind & courteous Customer Service.

I purchased a $120 christmas tree stand from them last christmas. Used it once and this year it leaked. When I contacted them, they said it wasn't covered under warranty. Sorry. Horrible retailer to do business with.

Esbenshade's will always put you in the Christmas spirit. They have a nice little selection of trees, real and fake prelit, ornaments and other seasonal items. Walking out to the real trees and section with all the poinsettias has that holiday aroma that smells so fresh and clean and I really don't find them too expensive either. Besides the holidays they also have alot for the other seasons as well but for us, around Christmas is always the best. Esbenshade's is definitely worth rating them 5 stars, but I can't forget the employees are all extremely nice, polite and helpful. These people truly enjoy their jobs and it shows how they interact with all customers.
