“Recently bought 4 new tires at CJ Tires including the protection plan. My tire pressure gauge came on so I took my car in to have them checked. Turns out I had a roofing nail in one tire and the tire had to be replaced. Because of the protection plan I did not have to pay for a new tire. I was so glad I bought the protection plan. With one new tire, it paid for itself!”

“Just had my pickup here for a front end alignment and honestly I couldn't believe the difference when I hit the road! Drives better than it ever has! Also a plus: I had seen a flyer for a $80 alignment which was why I came here in the first place but I had to pay over the phone so I didn't actually have the coupon in person but when I mentioned the deal the receptionist honored the advertised price. I appreciate the good ethics and customer service. Keep it up guys!”

“After taking my car in to the dealer for inspection, they told me I would need several thousand $ for it to pass, plus they wanted to add all of these unnecessary services. Mark did the inspection for me and it cost a fraction of what the dealer wanted. Fantastic service! He showed me where the problem was and was very helpful to show what might be needed in the future. You just got another faithful customer!”

“Great experience. I have been dealing with a sunroof leak for about 6 months now. Visited dealership multiple times & they were unable to properly diagnose. I was actually quoted $3,500 for a brand new sunroof. Found dreisbachs auto on google & went for it due to positive reviews. Made an appointment & a few hours later my vehicle was ready. Extremely great price. 2 months later and my sunroof has not leaked a single drop! Mike is truly great & provided me with great customer service & all the preventative information needed to avoid future sunroof repairs. If i could rate a 10/10 i would but google only allows 5 stars haha. Overall, truly a great shop & not your average mechanic trying to overcharge for unnecessary repairs. “Best mechanic in the area! For example, one time brought my car to Tim while he was dealing with a lot. He had double pneumonia in both lungs and the shop was super understaffed. He could have easily turned me away (which would have been completely understandable) but he didn’t. When I dropped it off, I forgot to grab my keys. The next day was a holiday and I didn’t realize until we were heading out the door to go to family events, that due to my mistake, I had no access to both my kids car seats that I desperately needed. I frantically made a post asking if anyone had an extra car seat or possibly his contact information. The post lead me to his wife, who thankfully got me into contact with Tim. They could have told me to eff off, but instead, they drove to the shop on a holiday to drop off my keys so I could grab the car seats. Once he was able to finally look at my car, it turned out the root cause of my car issues was a cracked battery terminal. This was thankfully a quick and cheap fix. Tim could have lied and told me I needed a new starter, and I wouldn’t have known any different, but instead he was honest, even after I made him and his family go out of their way on a holiday.
Typically, my biggest concern when going to a mechanic is that someone is going to take advantage due to my lack of knowledge regarding cars. You’ll never have to worry about that at Tim’s auto. Sooo if you’re ever in the area and in need of a mechanic, look no further. You won’t be disappointed with the pricing or the service you receive. And the honesty he provides is the cherry on top. ☺️”
“These guys rock, my car and my son's car are always taken care of by these guys. If there is an issue like a check engine light goes on they say bring it in right away and they fit it in and they tell us what's wrong with it. I can't tell you how much I appreciate every guy in this place for management on down to mechanics. Please don't get rid of them. Please do not move them because I'll be lost without them. They're like family to me now. I've been dealing with me this since it was STS but I changed my location because these guys always go above and beyond to take care of us. Example they fit me in when I was going to travel to Rhode Island from Pennsylvania and they looked over my car told me what needed to be done and it wasn't within reasonable pricing. So it's completed and I had a safe trip up and back. Thank you”

“2 brand new 22 inch tires, a great price and free shipping. I would order tires from them again. The delivery date window was like 3 days, mine was 5 with the weekend. Friday, Monday or Tuesday. It was delivered Tuesday and the shipping company tracking details were not as updated as I would have liked, for the price, I'm not complaining, just information. Last year i bought one tire locally for $165. Shopping with tiremart this year I got 2 tires for that price, $75-80 each tire. Now I got 2 fresh new tires to put on after I change the front hubs.

“I've been quite happy with my experiences at this Costco Tire Center. I've had them install tires on at least three of my vehicles and they did a good job each time. I had them look at a slow leak I was having, since there is tire hazard coverage included, but the tire had multiple punctures within a certain distance and the tire had to be replaced. Recently I had them replace TPMS sensors which failed at under three years. They installed the original sensors that I supplied when I had new tires installed, and they worked with me this time to install replacement sensors that I had already purchased, since I had made an appointment, even though the company policy is now to only install the sensors that they sell. Good people working the front desk and on the vehicles. They are always crazy busy here.”
“I initially called and chatted with a gentleman over the phone. Suggested a few different tire brands for future tire changes though suggested I come in for the simple repair. Topo was the mechanic that helped repair a tire puncture in my front left tire. It had been leaking slowly with needing to re-inflate it every few days or so. They squeezed me in and I was out within an hour. The same person I talked to on the phone suggested blunt answers to upgrading stopping power before going into bigger price territory. Come here and expect prompt service and excellent care. Topo is your guy! I'll be coming back for the damaged corner soon. ?”
