Such a pretty park! The fall foliage in the mountains was beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful here. I would love to go back in the summer for a swim.

We stayed in Cabin 1 at World’s End State Park on 10/11-13th. This was nice, very relaxing, inside wood stove for heat, outside fireplace, covered porch, stove, Fridge and beds. Bathroom and water close by. Needs some maintenance, door was not working properly, screws loose and jammed door to not open. With a check out at 10 and check in at 3 they should spend time up keeping during these hours. The lights are poor and dim, small upgrades would make this a 5 star. The bathrooms are very nice.

First let me say breath taking scenery and wonderful sounds eminating from the water as it flows down river the park is nestled between 2 mountains and the views are beatiful. Watching the water cascading downwards towards the bridge over pass and a little area they call a beach which is perfect for swimming, in essence its a local swimming hole... a must stop and enjoy when in PA some of the best natural places to enjoy.

Beautiful park. The drive to the summit is really adventurous during winter, be careful. I took my Tucson, no issues; missed my Subaru. Definitely will come back during spring or fall.

This is my favorite place to go! There is no cell service or internet! You are forced to unplug. My husband & I relax and unwind here. Listening to the water flowing in Loyalsock Creek, the rain or wind in the trees,...just the quietness of nature really is so peaceful. We enjoy having a campfire or a fire in the wood stove. The cabins are spotless. My husband & I work a lot, so often we will just go to W.E.S.P. for 2 nights during the Fall or Winter just to relax on our days off. This is my home away from home.Playground: There is a really nice playground near the Park Office. I have taken my grandkids here & they had so much fun. The only downside is, there is very little shade in the play area.Restrooms: These are the cleanest park bathrooms I have ever been in. They have showers in them also. They have some bathrooms that lock so you can be the only one in there or a family can go in together. They have a utility sink for washing dishes, etc. In the cabin area there are three different restroom facilities.

Lovely trails and beautiful park. The only caveat is to pay attention as some of the blazes can be difficult to see

The leaves were in full autumnal beauty for a quick weekend visit Sept 29-Oct 1. Weather was beautiful. No service at the tenting camping but that is the way I like it :)

This park is all about the natural world. Lush vegetation that sprawls up the mountains, various floral and mushroom growth, crisp springs to swim in, designated pool area, waterfalls, bridges, rock formations, stony shoreline, sandy bottom, well crafted and spacious pavilions under the treetops, plenty of shade, and small critters roaming the grounds make it an excellent destination spot. There is a concession stand also for snacking convenience and park rangers surveying activity. T he cabins are quaint and conveniently located within walking distance to the restrooms, visitors' center, and playgrounds, with river and creek accessibility. It is probably the most relaxing park I've been to in several years.Playground: Two well built playground areas on a woodchip surface are located near the cabins.Restrooms: Restrooms are accessible by the concession stand near the swimming area, and centrally located near the cabin rentals.Dog-friendliness: Leashed dogs are allowed everywhere but the swimming area.Picnic area: There are picnic tables, benches and pavilions all throughout the park and camping areas, some very uniquely carved.

We loved this park. So relaxing. Gorgeous scenery. There is plenty to do if you like to be outside! Waterfalls, trails, the creek, a covered bridge, wildlife, vistas, rock garden, etc. The campground is simple without a lot of bells and whistles so you can just enjoy being outside in the trees.
