Stopped in earlier after the battery in my girlfriends truck died. Explained the situation to the lady behind the counter and she was more than willing to see if one of the guys could help us out even though they were on lunch. One of their techs, Samuel interrupted his lunch to bring a jump pack less than a block away to give us a boost. Service like this is super hard to find and when I do find it, I share the experience for all to know. I will definitely be returning to this shop for any auto issues in the future and will be recommending them to those in need of a reputable shop.

I've owned many cars in my life and have worked with just as many repair shops. NO ONE, NO ONE comes close to the knowledge, professionalism, and honesty that Marty and his crew demonstrate on a daily basis. I live 20 miles away and I'm more than willing to pass by numerous repair shops on my way to Fountain Hill because it's worth it and I would drive 100 miles out of my way to get my car serviced at Broadway Service Center. They are the BEST, no one else comes close.

I had a part that was loose and called Broadway Service Center to see if they could check it out. This was my first time ever going and they told me I could come down right away (I was thinking I had to make an appt). They took a look at my car and removed what was necessary and didn’t charge me. I was so shocked by that. The staff was so friendly and very honest with their recommendations on what my car needed, etc. My wait time wasn’t long either. I would highly recommend.

Wishing I could say something positive about this place but very unprofessional. I was looking to get brakes and rotors done for my car. They wouldn’t even call me back for the estimate that I asked for. Very rude. I live 30 seconds walking there and they won’t even tell me how much it’ll be.

I had problem with my battery. I’m an attorney and I don’t have a lot of time to sit and wait or to give up my car because I’m traveling all over. I called Marty and he said stop by and I’ll get you out of there in 10 minutes. 10 minutes it was! Marty is the best.

My car had to be towed to their job on Friday July 5th and by the following Monday I had my car back. Things were well explained to me by Marty and he showed me the damaged parts.
