I never had an issue in the past. The self serve I went to wasn't functioning. I canceled the transaction, resulting in a $20 is pending on my card. I called the number and it doesn't connect to anyone. That's the emergency number. Very frustrating. Luckily, there was an attendee and for some reason he had the magic touch. He explained the pending charge should correct to the minimum of $5, so he put $5 worth of time for me. Very sweet. He turned around my experience. Thank you

Stole 60 dollars off my card and wouldn’t even allow me to wash my car!!! I want my money back!!!!

I used the self wash and there wasn’t enough soap and products coming out of the spray gun. The foam brush hardly foamed up, and at one point the brush head disconnected. The bill changer for the token took an extra $1 from me. I needed the token for the vacuum, and the vacuum head would fall off while in use. I wouldn’t recommend this self wash car wash, as it needs basic maintenance and it’s too cheap to provide enough product to actually clean your car effectively and efficiently.

This is the best car wash. I go to the one in the back where they hand scrub your car before going in. I’ve been going here for years.

I love this car wash! I visit often. They are thorough and quick.
Long story short, I decided to try out the new Mister Car wash and see what the hype was allabout.... other than the cool lights inside, that was it. I wasted a good amount on 1 si gle wash and thank goodness that was it. I ended up going home to clean my car myself. Point is, stick with this place in Gap. 10000% better.every time!
