Employee took soda off counter that I was purchasing and put it to her head because she had a headache. It was extremely unprofessional to do so with something that was being paid for at the moment and very unsanitary.

Most important mention is the Owner himself Rich Faloon.....He is a great kind and good hearted man ( I can hear him now "Dont spread that around" ha ha) He also is a easy going boss & his employees should be happy to work for him. So if you live in Bonneaville shop here everyday if not when your in the area give a good hard working man your business support the locals.

They really made a lot of improvements to this place. Most of the staff is friendly, the few that aren't are rude and awful but that's only been 2 people in the past few years. The store is usually clean and well maintained, inside and out. Average prices. Was a huge fan of the location, but I lived next door so I'm biased. The fro yo was wonderful when I was there but I've heard it tends to go down hill towards the end of the day. To be honest, it's always been great when I've stopped by with the kids.

Fro yo bar is gross, they leave it out all day with no covers. The gummy bears are hard as rocks as well as the sour patch kids.
