I brought my dog in for a nail trim. They said they need proof of his rabies vaccine through paperwork or by the vet confirming it over the phone. Our vet is closed today.
Nowhere on the site does it say anything about needing proof of a rabies vaccine because the tag isn't accepted proof. I don't understand why the rabies tag isn't enough???
They also said they would have told me over the phone if I called ahead. I thought the walk in appointments didn't need a call-ahead.....unless you're worried about the wait, which I wasn't.
Not pleased with how this turned out.

I just got off the phone with a PetSmart Customer Service staffperson. That staffperson was very skillful at addressing my question. IT WAS A GOOD INTERACTION!

DANA AT GROOMING WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She handled my rotti with care and attended all my needs. Will definitely recommend bringing large dog breeds.

I used to get my dog Nala groomed there. They did a great job and she was super happy. However Nala passed away suddenly at only 4 years old. We are devastated but to add insult to injury; Petsmart refuses/is unable to refund for 3 prepaid grooming she still has. I have another dog and on principle, I cannot go back to Petsmart. Have some compassion.
