My parents were PNC customers their entire adult lives so when I started working I opened accounts in a PNC. I have been 100% satisfied with their services and staff for 40 years. The 800 number and the branch staff are constantly friendly, patient and professional. I wouldn’t use any other bank!

I went into the branch to help with fraud issues on my account. Even with it being busy for the holidays, they were able to help me right away. Jabari and Baz were very calm, efficient and friendly.

Matt the manager at this bank was unprofessional and non helpful. Because I came in the bank with a $6000 check he did not want to help. People of colors stay away for this bank.

I left feeling unwanted and highly disrespected. After making two transactions I asked the teller if I could have the code to use the ladies room. The manager came out off his office and stated "we don't have restrooms for public use". Excuse me sir its not like I walked in off the street. I am a multiple account holder who just made two transactions and I can not use the ladies room. Basically, my money is good enough for PNC but I'm not! I WILL NOT continue to do business with this establishment. The sheer lack of good customer service, poor judgment, humility and subliminal racism was truly astounding!

Judy (savior).Was having issues that seemed to linger working through PNC telephone & chat customer services so figured I should stop in a branch for help. Judy knew what the issue was, came up with a temporary and a permanent solution for me. You can tell she cares and has learned just about everything over her 33 years at PNC.

People beware ! Very rude and unprofessional bank trashy and will keep your personal info . Do not give them anything!! They are unprofessional just leave them with debt so they will go bankrupt soon They cheating on interest. Smiling in the beginning and you'll never get Moratgage or loan. Do not waste your time warn everyone!! God will send all of them to hell ! Raji nair and Patrice dorfman two rude managers and unprofessional that is the level this bank employees!
