I arrived at around 9:30ish, finished my transaction at the teller line (maybe 9:40). The teller asked if I needed help with anything else. I said I’d love to get a quick update on my recent fraud claim. She called over to a banker to assist me. He said he was expecting someone at either 10/10:15. There were 3 other persons who were simply sitting at their desks, not attending to anyone. I was literally the ONLY customer waiting to be assisted by a banker. However I was told that they ALL were expecting clients at 10/ 10:15. I literally only needed someone to give a quick update on my claim, as I had explained. The manager finally decided to come to ask what I needed. When I had already explained this to the teller and banker. None of whom assisted me. Terrible customer service that there were 3 bankers, 1 manager and 2 people working on the teller line - but NO ONE was available to help me. I truly hope this has nothing to do with the fact that I was the only person of color in the building asking for help. Either way, if this is what Wells Fargo stands for or allows, I am disgusted.

The reviews on here seem awfully pessimistic for a bank branch.. In contrast, I wanted to share that I had a very positive experience on my 1st visit here. I had a complex new account issue, created accidentally by corporate, that one of the branch specialists, Anthony, was able to patiently resolve with me. Was seen right away. Branch interior was clean and another staff lady was courteous as well. Will drop by again if something comes up.

I went early morning for opening a new account. There are one cashier, two bankers and another customer. The cashier asked for the appointment at 1:00. But later called for 2:00. Then I went to other branches without waiting at all.

Unprofessionalism at it finest . As a business owner I am requesting basic information from my bank and the manager scheduled an appointment and cancelled it an hour before without a phone call or prior notification. It is a shame that they just respond that we are so busy , when every human being is busy but that is the part of your job to be busy

Wish I Could Give Zero Stars, have been a Wells Fargo Business Customer for more than 10 years and live 5 minutes from this location but hate going there as the manager is rude and unhelpful.

Worst bank in the entire world.They do not care about the customer.Will not even help with any issues.Refuse access to funds.Refuse access to safe deposit boxes.Demand identification in several forms to cash checks when accounts hold 10x funds.A pure ridiculous experience over and over.Many times I have opened sizable accounts only to close them. Only due to the many locations.I recommend any where but at these ghetto institutions of lazy bad artitude bankers.

This is the most unprofessional branch I have EVER been to in my life. I have been a Wells account holder for 7 years. I am multiple check accounts, teen accounts, business and credit card accounts. All the banker talked about was making commission off of his investment customer. When he realized the customer was more than 15 minutes late he decided to service me and said “time IS money”.

Very poor customer service. Unable to have a proxy deposit cash into my account due to changes in bank regulations, I went to this branch to inquire as to the why. After explanation by loan officer I have dealt with prior and comfortable with I proceeded to teller window to make my cash deposit.
