Their inventory is the worst. They always run out of fries sides and apps. Everytime I go to order something ill pay and then have to replace it with something I dont want. Last time they only had one thing out of 4 in my original order. Baffles me how they never have that many things. I dont go often because its just a waste of time, youre better off going to sheetz

The cashier was extremely rude both times I had purchased items today. I could tell he was having a bad day and it was his mission to make sure everyone else felt the same way. Not a great experience!

My friend and I made a quick stop here 3 AUG 25. The manager at this particular location was rude and short tempered after I made my purchase and flashed my identification that displayed Veteran for my complimentary drink. I was kind as I am with everyone especially towards the elderly. The woman then proceeded to tell me in a snarky tone that I needed to have an advantage card to get the drink so she can type it into the system. She then asked if I was getting an iced or hot drink.
Afterwards, my friend immediately noticed her tone, then proceeded to walk out of the store. He later said that he could tell she had an issue with me and is probably racist. I’ve never been told that the card was a requirement previously or at any other GG location, and I could see that the woman was having a hard time remaining professional.
I then respectfully asked to speak to a manager.
She then responded typical and very snarly that she was the manager as if she expected an award for working at Getgo Gas Station with that played out line further proving my point. Incompetent, lacking the skills to service. Like someone else previously mentioned, poor customer service. As an elderly employee, I simply expect better service and professionalism. In all of my years visiting Getgo, I’ve never been told I needed an advantage card to receive a complimentary DRINK as a Veteran and clearly have no issues with complying with simple policies. It’s not that serious..
Also, I’ve witnessed other vets visit getgo for the same run hassle free. I expect different treatment and over examination because of my skin color, but will not tolerate discrimination or disrespect in any form. I served my country for over a decade and I come here because of the convenience and support for Vets. I’ve worked customer service in the military and ran my own shop overseas along with countless other jobs and frankly CS is easy. However, the contempt was obvious and unnecessary. Will you need my DD214 to park in front next? Instead of thank you for your service, I felt like I time traveled back to the 1950s.
This manager was clearly unprofessional and I will not forget. Remember these words well, If it weren’t for our service members, you wouldn’t even have any businesses standing. Can’t even manage a small gas station properly and remain professional or “objective” in the community. I will not stop visiting this location because of one incompetent individual still stuck in ancient programming.

Food was fine. Store was clean. The guy who rung me out never said a word. I said "hi"...nothing but a blank stare. I said "thank you"...just a slight nod. Wasn't rude, but wasn't welcoming either.

Wow my 10 year old son went into getgo last night he was short on money the lady Chris was his cashier instead of her letting him run out to get money from me she paid the difference on his bill what a stand up lady. I even went into pay her back and she would not take the money.. this lady is amazing ??

So this place has the worst employees I've ever seen at a gas station. They don't understand what should and should not be on foodstamps, maybe get-go should educate their employees. Everyone that has foodstamps CHECK YOUR RECEIEPTS AND MAKE SURE THEY DID NOT CHARGE YOU FOR SOMETHING THAT IS COVERED. this has happened to me 2 days in a row now. And it was the same lady that made the mistake 2 days in a row? Like if she has a mental disability I understand but I don't think she does. Kevin is the "manager" and is just straight RUDE. the lady at the counter that makes the food in the mornings is rude too. She didn't even put a sticker with my number on my food or drink and then sounded annoyed when I asked if this was my order. Seriously people there's a brand new sheetz down the road, 3 sunocos within like a mile radius, save your time and aggrevation and don't go to this getgo. They in all seriousness suck.

I eat here often. They never get the portion sizes right. Most of the time I get shorted by a large amount. An example is I ordered 2 pepper cheese bite orders which equals 32 pepper cheese bites. They gave me 16. $.50 a cheese bite is wild and I even told the guy tonight this was incorrect and he said it wasn't.

Stopped by to grab some breakfast and used the self-checkout. The two cashiers followed me back through the store to the door and stared as I drove away. When I called the store to make sure nothing was amiss, the woman on the phone laughed at me.
