I love coming to great clips for a hair cut I don't go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly. Always go over what I want . They suggest products. I love it there!!

Not sure where to begin other than they have toddlers cutting hair. The haircut is so bad I feel an attorney needs involved. They did not listen whatsoever and what they wrote down is not anything that was said. The manager began to defend the stylist that she cut it the way she was instructed. Its literally like a bowl was put on my head. There are bald spots. Coworkers are making fun of it. Its humiliating. I have a wedding to go to in two days. I requested to talk to a regional manager but no call back. The stylist should be fired. It is totally unacceptable. I have had other haircuts from great clips with no issues. Getting a refund does very little to the humiliation. I cannot wear a hat at a wedding.

I normally have a decent experience there but today was not that experience. Never got to get it done at all. Checked in with 7 min after a 50 min wait and when I got there checked in with someone. Well 15 more minutes go by and people that walked in were going in front of me. I finally asked what was going on and they said I was 9 th on list. I said I been waiting over hour already. And you checked me in!! She says sometimes they get moved and walked away so of course I just left.. Horrible staff today. 0 stars

Hair stylist was super friendly. However. I asked for a fade lower on the sides. SHOWED PICTURES of me w the haircut I wanted. She took me all the way up w a single length guard, no fade, not low at all. And when I asked abt it she said I had to comb my hair over it? So i ask for a lower fade, show pictures w a lower fade, and end up w an undercut. I look like chopped cheese rn! I am devastated rn. I am flipping out! My haircut is the only time once a month if I’m lucky I get to pamper myself and it has been ruined

Worst service I've ever had a salon. In town for graduation and asked for a specific cut to follow my natural part. Stylist decided where I wanted my hair parted wasn't how she wanted to cut my hair. So now my entire cut is uneven when I came home to wash it and style it. Because all she did was sprayed water, cut it how she wanted it then said she was done. Absolutely the WORST

I’ve been getting my haircut at Great Clips since we move to the area in 2020. My family and I have had only great experiences every time. Excellent Customer Service, friendly people, and a perfect haircut…my preferred hairstylists are Sarah and Alex.

Staff was friendly and got me started on an appointment quickly even as a walk-in. Unfortunately, my stylist, Sonja, cut my bangs way too short after they dried, and she gave me straight across bangs when I asked for curtain bangs. This was a really disappointing experience.
