Purchased my pool in April. Still no set date on excavating or installing the pool. They don't care about customers, only about getting their money. My 3-5 weeks to have a pool turned into over 2 months and possibly on the way to 3 months. They can return it for a 25% restocking fee, over $1,000. Do NOT buy from pool city if you want a pool this summer.

I bought a spa from Pool City in Greensburg and could not be happier with the entire experience. Jake was absolutely wonderful!! He explained everything step by step and got me the best deal. It’s been months and he still helps me when I have any questions or concerns about my spa or my pool. He’s officially my “go to!” Highly recommend him 😁

If you are looking for pool chemicals and don’t want to be sold on things you don’t need Pool city is your place. Go see Jayne for your chemical needs. From my experience she spent over an hour with me explaining everything throughly and no once did she try to sell me things I don’t need. She cares about you coming back, she takes the time to make sure you get the right chemicals and makes sure you know how to properly treat your pool. If I could give 10 stars I would. Keep up the great work Pool city!!

Waste of time. I literally drive 45 mins for someone to tell me I don't know your best bet is to youtube it.... really is that what we are coming too??? Let alone the monster energy drink he was holding (very unprofessional if you ask me) couldn't even say will let me see if anyone else can help you, Nope straight to youtube. What a joke

If you are familiar with or like Pool City this particular location is enormous. They offer a wide variety of hot tubs, outdoor furniture and entertainment items such as pool tables and the like. Of course they offer a ton of pool chemicals and accessories, hence the name.
In some cases you can find chemicals for less money online, but when time is of the essence, you can’t beat their selection and of course you don’t have to wait.
As far as outdoor furniture, I think they have a great selection and not only that, the quality is not like you would find at a big box store. The price tag is higher, but if you’re looking for something that will last I would look here.
