I walk into this bank which was open bc I was directed by customer service. I needed to close my account due to fraud and open up another one by my house need oil both tellers where saying that I had to come back the next day bc they where gonna be late getting home. I was so passed! How you who depend on customers to have a job to be able to go how 2 going to not render service when you still on the clock! Worst customer service ever!

Stay away from BB&T! They keep changing their name because they have such a bad reputation. Worst bank I’ve ever experienced. Horrible customer service. Held my deposits for days at a time, then charged me overdrafts for charges that were made after the deposits. Makes no sense and is predatory. Was on the phone for over three hours and everyone I talked to either didn’t know anything or couldn’t do anything about it. They charged me three back to back overdrafts when my account shouldn’t even have been negative.

Staff are courteous. The hours of operation could be better ie: closed at 5pm weekdays, most people work till 5p not convenient. The corp changes proceedures and requirements regularly, this causes confusion to customers and slows transactions.

After years I being unhappy with Susquehanna, then BB&T, I finally switched to Halifax Bank (called Riverview now) and am so happy I did!! I recommend banking at Halifax, and recommend staying away from BB&T.

I was a little hesitant when Susquehanna Bank switched to BB&T but everything was a smooth transition. Very friendly staff and and banking with them has been a pleasant experience. Only complaint so far is they aren't on Android pay or Samsung pay yet.
