Horrible experience. Had micro blading done by Jacqueline. Was to go back for follow up. When I called for appt., I was told that I already had my follow up, which I did not. And the worst part is that I was told that Jacqueline recalled our conversation from my follow up, 5 months earlier. I repeated that I was not there. They repeatedly told me that I was there, basically calling me a liar. I paid 400.00 for the initial visit. My eyebrows are only half done, because I was never there for a follow up. As far as customer service, PRODIGO is the worst. I was treated terribly. And as far as Jacqueline recalling our conversation from my follow up, she is delusional. I never had my follow up. I would not recommend this spa/salon to my worst enemy.

Absolutely loved my hair after getting it styled and cut here. Everyone I spoke with was kind and the salon itself is very stylish and comfortable. My stylist Dani was wonderful she recreated the reference photo I showed her to a T with some small tweaks that made the style more flattering for my hair. Excellent experience all together!

This was a very relaxing experience! My stylist Jenny listened to my ideas and gave me an excellent color and cut! She was easy to talk to and added to my positive experience. I will definitely book with Jenny again!

Every single experience I have had at Prodigo/Vault has exceeded my every expectation. Just pulling into the parking lot floods my brain with serotonin. I just completed the Fire & Ice Facial with Kelly. She made me feel so pampered and customized the facial to my needs. Plus…oh my… THE RESULTS! My skin looks and feels amazing.

Kelly at Vault Glamour Ink did my brows and I absolutely love them. Kelly was so professional, her work is outstanding.
Not only is her work outstanding she is the nicest, easiest person to talk to.
My entire experience was amazing.

**Update as of 7/26/25: I've now had a chance to work with several different staff members here and honestly, they've all been outstanding. This morning I had a headspace with Michael and I feel like a different person. I've also had several sessions with Brittany who is exceptional with adjusting to the perfect pressure without even needing to be asked.**
Original Review: I checked this place out at the suggestion of a friend who raved about the massage team... whoaaa was she right!
Every staff member I've spoken with was friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is classic yet modern with a dash of glam.
I started with the Head Space massage with Megan. As someone who suffers from chronic migraines and pretty constant TMJ issues, this treatment was such a massive relief!! I'm not sure the last time it didn't feel like my head was in a vice grip before this.
I was back today for a 50 minute deep tissue, also with Megan, and it was exceptional. She was able to read my body and identify issues I didn't think anyone could fix.
Overall, this place is amazing and absolutely worth checking out (as soon as possible)!

Getting my permanent eyeliner with Kelly was a fantastic experience. Not only is she incredibly skilled at what she does, but she also takes the time to explain each step of the process, which really put me at ease. Her attention to detail and calm, professional approach made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend her to anyone considering permanent eyeliner!
