They are worst service ever. They missed picking up my trash for two months, then when I called they asked about the payment then after I paid for up coming quarter my trash was not picked up. I have no power except to advice new customers not to chose them since if you missed one day they will not provide you service and guess what, you will pay it in full even for the days they didn't provide service for you.

Where to begin with EIO.If it was possible to leave a zero for customer service, I absolutely would. From the beginning, dealing with this company was difficult. The very first week I had trash out, i was forgotten. I call up, and they say oh you're not in the system, yet you can bring it here. No, that's gross it's already outside and in the bin. The second week goes, and they still don't take it. I called and complained again, and they asked if any boxes were blocking it. No, it was 2 bags.A few months go by no issues. They don't take my trash, I call, they apologize, and they said to put it all out next week. Next week never comes I call back again. Oh, you didn't pay your bill it's due on the 15th and it's now the 20th at this time.. So, not only did they cut off service a week early, but they never picked up the trash period. At this point, I have no option. I pay my bill for the next quarter and carry on. This was November it is now January, and they haven't taken my trash in the last 2 weeks. I called today, and they harassed me about why I didn't call last week when it wasn't taken, I explained that I was away for the holidays and didn't know. So we then continued with the conversation that the holidays have the pick-up schedule altered- However, if I don't pay my bill before the 15th, they won't pick up my trash even though they missed it. They missed service for over a month and refused to resolve thos issue even though they had breiced their contract with a customer multiple times. They see no fault in their end of the business deal. They refused to credit my account for the recorded 5 weeks of trash that wasn't picked up and complained about.

I love this place! Ladies are so nice. GUYS go out of their way to help you. Clean clean clean!! Prices are good. My battery died on my dump and guy rushed to get a pack to help! A+++ 10 stars not 5!

The owner/manager feels it necessary to pick a fight when you come in, for whatever reason. Rude, abusive, and pretends to call the cops on you if you don't leave. Don't know how this person can own or operate a business this way.Service: Trash removal & disposal

This is a great place to take your trash. They accept bagged and loose trash at there headquarters. They also rent dumpsters and pick up residential trash. The owners are a local Christian family. This company is a good choice for all your trash disposal needs!

So incredibly disappointed with C & K/EIO. My wife and I are in PA helping her elderly parents through a medical emergency. After their garbage was not picked up as scheduled, we called and were informed that due to a road closure, the house was inaccessible. Instead of taking a different route, the garbage was left without anyone communicating this decision to us. We only became of aware of this when we called and spoke to Laura, who informed us that no one would be coming back to pick up until the next week.I explained that we had nowhere to store two weeks of accumulated garbage and recycling, as the bins were full. She curtly offered no solution, other than to say that this was the company’s policy and we could bring the garbage to them. Of course, if we were able to haul the garbage ourselves, we wouldn’t have needed C & K’s services to begin with.The next day I spoke to the owner who was aggressive and confrontational. She repeatedly demanded to know “where are you from,” although I’m not sure why that would have any bearing on the situation. She told me that I would find no better service anywhere, which has already been proven untrue by one of her competitors. C & K says on their website that their family believes in, “treating our customers with respect...how we would want to be treated.” Our experience has been treatment with little respect for an elderly couple simply wanting their garbage picked up and an abysmal lack of compassion or customer service.Nearly everyone that we have met in our time in NEPA has been friendly and welcoming, but not the people at C & K. We have decided to use another company for this important service; I suggest that you do the same.

I have had eio/c&k pick my garbage up fot about 6 months. The Lady who owns this company called me today because i have been buying stickers for my extra bags at $3 a pop. I have 4 kids teo in diapers. She basically told me i was a liar that all the bags were not mine. That I was letting someone who owes them money put theirs with mine and I eas paying for it. Which I was not!!!! When i said as much she told me the LORD will judge me. She is rude and judgmental. If you dont want to be judged by how much garbage u have dont use these people
