Ok gym for lower skill levels, but struggle to maintain mid-to-upper level gymnasts.

I have been taking my child here for 3 years. All the staff is great. They help the children master their skills and take the time to teach.

One of my daughters goes here. Their program is a well oiled machine. They are a higher caliber program than some other local ones. There are 2 gyms: one for little tykes and one for bigger kids. Lots of fun stuff in there!

i wish i could give a zero. this place discriminates and kicks out athletes based on their social skills. i do not recommend this gym. plenty of better ones are around.

I didn't feel like my daughter was getting equal treatment. Kind of gave a racist vibe. Definitely not good for her development and self-esteem.

I had enrolled my daughter there for one class a week at $100 a month. My daughter is still young and indecisive of what she wants to take on for a hobby so we figure we would try gymnastics. We paid for four classes and she completed the first then decided she didn't want to do it anymore so we un-enrolled her. Make sure you read the fine print when signing up. Because of their "two week" notification clause i guess they have and their minimum remaining balance at time of un-enrollment is a scam. They add that 2 week notification clause to bring your "balance" down low enough to make it a "in house credit" and not a refund. For example had they refunded my refund when i emailed it and they received it i would've had a remaining balance of 75$ because she attended the first class. But because of the two week clause the balance was $25 and no longer rated a refund and just a credit to their gymnastics studio. Also never mind the fact that their responses via email were very unprofessional, rude and unexpected from an employee or whoever it may be that is running their company's email. I guess Covid is really effecting a lot of companies lately. If i could've rated less i would have. ***EDIT*** Before a representative comments a response saying I'm wrong and whatever else you want to defend yourself and companies scam on the finances of it all, explain why i was told via phone call the day i submitted the form when i called the front desk that i would be receiving $50 of my $75 due to your "25$ return process fee" which is outrageous.

Both my daughters have been going there fora few years. It almost feels like if your not on a team it's like it's a in and out attitude. There's never any feed back about how your child is doing.

Focus mainly on their team members and not so much on everyone else taking classes. Been there for a few years between parties/camps/classes. They always give camp attendees first crack at fall registration instead of the current families. They don’t move your child up after they tell them what they need to get/hit even after the child gets/hits. Covid was the icing on cake. We received an email in March saying they were closing and didn’t receive correspondence until end of
