This bank is superior. 5 Gold stars! The bank manager is the most amiable guy named Steve. The tellers are phenomenal and the customer service reps are very professional. Every time I go to this bank, I feel like Cheers, where everybody knows my name. Extremely grateful for this bank.

This location's fire alarm has been going constantly for hours now..fire department also came and left hours ago..calls to their customer service where I'm being told technican on their way.. I can only imagine how bad their services are if they can't even get their own fire alarm turned off...couldn't pay me to bank there..and I live across the street...Pppffffttttt!

Paid off my outstanding balance and asked gentleman to close account..Account was not c was closed. Auto paymement came thru. You ket them come and now have outsta ding balance whzt happened?

This is an update to my initial review of the Ardmore location. I closed my account today @ Santander @ Havertown location the young man in customer service was very professional and very courteous. Never again will I bank @ Santander Bank!!

Trash bank! They closed my account and never let me know! My mortgage bounced. !! Are you kidding people? Don't bank with them they are horrible.

I HATE this bank! To the service is soooo slow. It seems like everytime I come here there is one teller that goes back and forth from the drive-thru to the front desk. Is absolutely infuriating. More often than not the teller is extremely rude... I guess I can't blame them I would probably be rude to if I had to walk back and forth a million times over the course of a day. At one point, they asked me to open additional bank accounts with them until I told him how awful and poorly run this Branch was. The manager called me back and swore to me it had just taken over this branch and that he would make sure that there was always a drive-through teller dedicated to the drive-thru walking back and with such a poorly-run branch I certainly wouldn't allowwith such a poorly-run branch I certainly wouldn't allow them to invest my money nor would I open any additional accounts with this...this ... Hot mess. Avoid this dump like the plague!

This is not my usual bank but I was doing a favor for a friend and did a drive-through window transaction for them. I was disappointed with the service. I waited in line behind another car and when they finished, I pulled up. I put my items in the canister and waited in silence for two minutes. Finally I hit the call button and a few minutes later someone showed up and said, it will be a few minutes. Wow. It's Friday and this is the best you can do. No sorry for keeping you waiting(already)!!! Not what I expected for sure

Very unaccommodating. Hours stink. Not open Sundays. Latest opening is 6:00. Our daughter's account is here because she goes to school out of state & wanted a bank that is in both locations. We used to be able to make cash deposits with just her name and address. Now, they said they changed their policy and we can't make deposit without account number. This bank had been nothing but headaches.
