My Mother has been banking there since they opened. She is wheelchair bound so it's difficult for her to go to the branch in person. Today I went to deposit a check into her account and was told that they no longer will take deposits from anyone but the account holder. This is obviously very inconvenient for anyone who has someone doing their banking for them(elderly). I've never heard of this policy before and as a result she is closing her accounts at this branch. Also, they didn't seem all that worried when she told them to close her accounts. I guess that's how they treat long time customers.

Worse bank ever .they cheating on interest . Credit cards and get in to your phone application this company from Europe ans have to be shot down ! FDIC do not do anything what a shame Please file complaint against there violation they breaching human right as well !

Always a pleasure to deal with anyone of the employees there. I've been with them forever. Going all the way back to main line federal.
