“So I broke down just off the crafton/moon run rd exit off 79 and got towed to Meineke because it was the closest. Never been there before. The next morning they were able to run an electrical diagnostic test to find the problem of why my car completely died on me, turned out the alternator was shot. Would’ve only took them a couple days to fix but they even suggested that I go the dealership where I get most of my service done to get it fixed sooner. Turned out, that was my best option. So when I returned to Meineke to wait for the tow truck and pay for the diagnostic test they ran ($150), they didn’t even make me pay for it! These guys here at Meineke are truly good people and will look out for the common person! They knew I would already be paying close to $1000 else where to fix my alternator and still went out of their way to save me an extra $150. It’s good to see there are still good people out there and not everyone is trying to nickel and dime you. I’m sure they do great work here also but one thing I can say for sure, is that these people here at Meineke will have your best interest at heart! Thank you again Meineke!!”

They don't try to pull one over on Women like a few shops in the past have tried to pull on me and they are straight forward I had an emergency the first time I went to this shop in was of course sceptical because here we go another shop to try to give me the run around, but that wasn't the case at all they were all polite and welcoming and talk to you like they have known you for years which I love. They got me and fixed my car the same day which I was forever grateful for. I highly recommend you give them a shot you won't be disappointed.”

“I was in a car accident recently and brought my car to Centerline Collision - Willow to be fixed. A few days later, the shop owner, Joe, personally called me to explain that the car is not going to be able to be fixed and he explained what next steps look like. He offered to be a helpful resource as I work through next steps with insurance, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. A few days later I called back to explain I can't grab my items from my car for a few more days. An employee (I believe Evan was his name) answered and let me know that there isn't a rush for me to come, was extremely kind and understanding, and also provided some guidance on how to proceed with next steps. This shop goes above and beyond for their customers and I couldn't recommend them more!”
