poor customer service. Sloppy guy up front referred to me as bud and could have cared less about an appointment I made , had confirmation of appointment but wasn’t listed as an appointment in there system.

They gouged our bumper on our truck and lied about doing it. Brand new truck that we happened to catch a stone in the windshield. Do a walk around if you are going to have these people fix your car. Make them take pictures before and after. They lie. Read reviews. They have a reputation of scratching cars and de nying it.

Took the car in and it didn't need repaired. I was taken back at how honest he was. You've got to admit some businesses would have just did a repair for the money. I appreciated hom saving me money. For the near future if I ever need a windshield replaced or a chip repaired I'm definitely giving them my business. Well done Safelite Auto Glass ? ? ? ? ? ?:-)

My husband went in to get his windshield repaired and the person behind the counter gave him a hard time about everything. All the paperwork for insurance and anything else that was necessary was put right in front of the guy, but he was very rude, so my husband left and will take his business else where. The bummer part; I was being taken on a birthday getaway for 7 days and now we are delayed.

Safe Lite might come to you and do a good job, but I went with a business in Hubbard, OH called Just Auto Glass. They were $200 dollars less and had it done that day. With the price of gas and other things, $200 dollars in my pocket was a blessing. Don, the owner, was a good guy and I would go back and recommend him anytime. If you need the options Safe Lite provides, go for it.. If you don't have glass coverage, call Just uto Glass in Hubbard.
